The Burger cheese and smoke had a poor taste the fries and the dip were good.
They forgot our order and I had to go snd ask two times before it came.

Awesome restaurant. The food was super good and the waiter was energetic, very helpful and kind the atmosphere is awesome and you should definitely visit this place if you are from Copenhagen or you are on a vacation here.

Undercooked raw minced beef burger and the waiter's response was, "oh yeah, we make them all medium"

Absolutely avoid this place.

Almost everything was sold out. Even their Christmas special they had on promotion. And all salads .

Small burgers, slow deliver and unhappy staff. Been to c&c many times before - But Wow it it bad now (2024/2025)

Food is ok, drinks are ok. What makes the Lyngby C&C 4 star is how the staff put up with rude and unreasonable customers, while still smiling, being helpful and trying to make their visit a pleasant one. I will definitely visit again. This is a thank you to all staff in Lyngby, they try and make everyone’s experience a good one (even while others try and make their experience an unpleasant one). Thank you.

It is very weird, that you cant choose another side (potato) to your combo’s.. i had to get the twisted fries, and then buy the sweet potatos on the side. It doesn’t make sense in my head, when you have both options?
Besides that the burger was insanely small!! We didn’t even get close to full!!
And for that Price!! Im still mad about it haha.. and it’s three weeks ago

Great burgers and Nice staff.
We wanted to order 9 burgers and fries but for some reason we could not “put more items in our basket” which meant that we had to order 2 times, the food was not ready at the same time and it was annoying that we had to go back for the fries… last time we ordered there was also problems where they forgot the fries.

You need to work out a better system for take away 😊

last week tivoli the asian black guy was very rude while taking my order and now its sp34 Poor burgers with little salad n its taste like rotten meat uhhhh. lazy staff and poor hygiene i dont recommend this place to anyone. not even one star.
the company is lost its brand.

was at the C&C in Copenhagen Airport yesterday, for the second time. And again, it was a really good experience! Probably the best Cheeseburger I ever had! Already looking forward to my next stop in the airport.

Really confused staff. Needs some organizing. Who is doing what. Food ok but it seems not noone is really having an overview of the business. maybe if they fix these things i would come back

We had food at SP34 and we had the best service with Arkadiusz! He was so kind and made it an amazing experience! The best server ever!
Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Very bad communication between staff and customers. I stopped by to ask what I could get with my PULS package and the cashier told me she had to scan my ticket. After that, she told me what I could get (only one option, so not much of a choice), and once I said I didn’t want it and preferred to go elsewhere she said I couldn’t anymore because she had scanned my ticket already (!!). The manager said there was nothing he could do and I had to eat there or lose my voucher (which I paid extra for) because he could not cancel the transaction (that I didn’t even ask to be done in the first place). It really felt like I was being scammed into eating there and had absolutely no choice. Never going back to this restaurant.
Additionally, no ketchup is offered, you have to pay extra to get it.

Would’t even give 1 freaking star..

No childrens menu on the menu

Then wrong fries served.

Then 15 minutes delay on child chickennuggets and chips (their secret child menu) at a whopping impressive 89 DKK for a 1 year old.
Which wasn’t chicken it was pig / pork 🐷

So we were sat waiting to eat as a family and I politely asked if the waited could bring warm food. She replied no.
I was told that the reason my child’s food was late was because they had made my daughter a burger menu and messed up that order.
I said okay. Well I’m not impressed. She come back 5 mins later when she see we refused to eat the food . And said she would bring new food .
She then goes and reheats the old burgers and fries them black to coal .
I have now paid 500 kr for a mouth full of old grease and charr coal .
And when my arrived, it fell over right away, and a thick yellow/blackish grease appeared on my plate 🤢

Never again.

We ordered takeaway from the one in Lyngby yesterday and it wasn’t even a one star experience. We ordered onion rings for 49kr and when we got home there was 5 onion rings in the box. So basically your paying 9,80 Kr per onion ring . Had also ordered 2 burgers with extra crispy bacon . The bacon wasn’t crispy and the meat was very red in the middle . We called the restaurant to complain and the girl was like “ okay “ and gave us an email to write to . No apology and sounded like she could care less as it wasn’t her problem ! We will never eat there again and find it disgusting that they over charge to that extreme . I could buy 4 whole onion for their 1 onion ring ! Compete rip-off !! Save your money and go elsewhere like jagger !

Terrible service in Nørrebro. Either they close one earlier then stated on their website or they simple ignore you when trying to ordre in the bar.

Bad customer service, waiters and waitresses are uneducated and incompetent!

They would give not give my orders. Also you have to go outside and ind to order a drink... That’s not sustainable.........
