COEO really only deserve 0 stars.
I received a letter about an unpaid bill with the option of payment of said bill within 15 days of receiving mentioned letter to avoid added costs. Bill was paid with days to spare, I double-checked with my bank. They still want me to pay added costs. I contacted them and they lied about when they received the money stating they received it 7 days after my transfer. I don't think they read their own letters before sending them and instruct their workers to always add costs regardless of when payment was received.

This Trustpilot account is so fraudulent that it is crazy.
Who in heavens name will give that many 5 stars reviews to a debt collection company? NO ONE!
The reviews are even so rediculous positive and all praise the service. This fact should make anyone wonder, if this account is orchestred in cooperation with Trustpilot or one of their employees.
If you look at all the 1 star reviews, its clear that not only this Trustpilot account is a scam, the company called COEO is also a scam company.
They operate by collecting very small amounts, that most people would say "well, lets get it out of the world - even if i disagree and the amount is not anything i bought. I do not want to be dragged into a lawsuit over 100 EURO".
Never ever fall for this scam. Refuse to pay if you know you have no debt.
