Worst customer service experience! Zero transparency and a complete scam.
I highly recommend avoiding this store entirely if you expect a real warranty in case of issues. I bought a very expensive, premium piece of equipment (an espresso machine) that had clear factory defects. What followed was an absolutely pathetic experience with their customer service department.
Instead of taking responsibility and repairing or replacing the defective product, they dragged things out for weeks over dozens of emails, trying to convince me the machine "works perfectly." The worst part? When I officially requested the technical reports, measurements, and proof of the tests they claimed to have run, they became arrogant, flat-out refused to provide any evidence, and abusively closed the support ticket.
It is unacceptable for a company selling equipment worth thousands of euros to refuse to provide a transparent technical report and try to fool their customers with invented excuses just to avoid a refund.
If you are lucky enough to receive a good product right out of the box, maybe it's fine. But if you ever need service or warranty support, prepare yourself for zero professionalism, lies, and wasted time.
I do not recommend them under any circumstances!

Very poor handling of a defective product
Bought a brand new grinder from Coffeedesk in March. Unfortunately, it was defective from the beginning.
The grinder was sent in for repair and returned as “fully operational,” but the exact same fault was still present immediately after return. I then had to go through another lengthy complaint process, multiple shipping arrangements, repeated packing and returning of the product, and long periods without the grinder.
Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. At one point I was informed that the complaint handling would take “up to two weeks,” yet more than three weeks passed without any update at all — I only received a response after contacting them myself again.
The grinder ultimately underwent multiple repairs and technical modifications before Coffeedesk finally agreed to issue a refund months after the original purchase.
While I appreciate that the refund was eventually processed, this was still an exhausting and deeply frustrating experience from start to finish — especially considering this was supposed to be a brand new premium product.
I cannot recommend Coffeedesk based on this experience.
