Competitive price but poor communication
Coffee Friend is a great website to find coffee machines and any products dedicated to coffee.
The prices are very competitive, and you always get some freebies.
But unfortunately lack of communication and delays in delivery killed a little bit the experience.
I ordered a coffee machine to replace mine and while it was indicated to be delivered in 3-5 days it took over two weeks. No communication and when I asked the customer services they basically said the product was out of stock and they were waiting to receive new ones.
I ordered it thinking it was in stock.
So go there for competitive prices but be ready to wait for you coffee machine.

Bought a coffee machine from them and it arrived on time, good price good product. Very happy.
I’ve since taken advantage of some of their coffees and again have been absolutely delighted
However, I’ve had to unsubscribe from the mailing list because I get at least one email a day and on some days multiple emails. It’s just a complete spam fest.
Stop trying so hard, you do a decent job but fitting up my inbox is not going to get you more Business

I purchased a replacement De'Longhi Milk frothing jug. It stopped frothing after about 75 days. I requested support for a fix or replacement. I was told that is considered a 'Consumable' and so no repair or replacement...
With shipping this was £45. No way that should stop working after such a short period of time.
Very bad customer service Coffee Friend. You have lost a repeat customer.
