Amazing store with a great selection and unbeatable prices. Fifteen years ago I ordered my first Rancilio espresso machine from them. I got a great offer and after a very nice telephone contact with Marco I was tempted to buy, even though the store was unknown to me. Everything arrived perfectly packed and the products were of high quality, plus a few kilos of free coffee. Now, after several years, I decided to buy HX and again I could not find an offer like their’s anywhere. And so again, after a telephone conversation with Marco, I bought a Bellezza Chiara with a Piccolo Titanium grinder. Also this time everything arrived quickly and extremely well packed, probably no one packs parcels like that anymore. In conclusion, I recommend this store with a clear conscience.

Ordered a Gaggia espresso machine for delivery to Ireland. While it took a few days (and a few emails from me) for Caffeitalia to actually locate and ship their stock, when they did eventually send it, it arrived very quickly by FedEx and was well packaged. The machine works fine and I was happy with the service.

Excellent service. The order arrived arrived after 6 days at my door via international post. In fact i did not anticipate that it would arrive that fast especialy during holidays and due to the fact that many courier services have delays because of the covid 19 restrictions. The package was handled with care with no signs of any damage. From my experience of my 1st order, I definitely recommend CoffeeItalia.

Though I was apprehensive with all the negative reviews about coffee italia, I decided to order anyway a Gaggia Classic Pro from Portugal as their price was unbeatable. (Just to exemplify, the Rancilio Silvia costs €548 at Coffee Italia and 840€ + tax at Rancilio Portugal, while Gaggia doesn't even sell directly to Portugal). I ordered on Black Friday (Nov 27) but I didn't get a tracking number. On Dec 3 the order still indicated "processing" so I emailed Coffee Italia asking for an estimated date of expedition. The machine arrived the following day, at the same time as the answer from their services. My Gaggia is brand new and works well.
