I bought a mystery beauty box as a self present, and it arrived quickly, very minimalist black and lined with tissue and shredded paper inside. For what I paid it was an absolute steal, some lovely brands including two I'd not heard of Rouge Bunny Rouge and Larry King. Mainly full size items as well. I especially liked the Larry King City shampoo, beautiful texture and smell, and really cleaned my London hair of gunk and left it super soft, will definitely repurchase that.

There was a nice Larry King hair mousse, Exfolikate which was super scrubby, a facial exfoliator, a bronzer (the only item which wasn't for me as I'm cool toned) and skin perfector in my shade, Bare Minerals powder which is so fluffy and super light, and some bee venom eye patches by Rodial which I haven't tried yet.

Probably the best mystery box out there I've seen.

The original item purchased was out of stock. Cohorted asked if I would choose a replacement item and as a 'gesture of goodwill' they offered a 2nd box for free. I thought this to be a generous offer and so accepted. The replacement item was received quickly, however, 'the gesture of goodwill' never appeared despite several reasurances that it had been despatched. I felt this was a 'con' for me to accept a replacement rather than have my money refunded.

I have been a subscriber to cohorted for the last two years every month the box contained fantastic items have bought numerous presents for friends from them and had the Christmas advent calendar which was amazing
You really can’t go wrong with cohorted it’s like receiving a gift every month

Great beauty box, high end products, most full size!!

Lots of new products to the market along with old favourites, I look forward to receiving my little black box every month, it’s great value for money!

I signed up for the December box and they have taken the payment twice trying to get a refund. The box itself is average I wouldn’t say it’s anything special. They have sent a Réduit beauty tool but no instructions on how to use and although it states to download on the App Store it’s not showing on there. Been waiting a while to sign up for this box but not the best experience so far

I have heard back from Cohorted and they have said they take a month in advance. What is not right is that when you try cancel they say the next box (the one you have paid for) will not be sent. I have questioned this and no more responses from them. I’m now going to have to challenge this through my bank. Shocking company

I’ve only been subscribed to Cohorted for a few months now, but after receiving just two boxes I’m already so impressed. Every product has been amazing so far — really luxurious, generous sizes, and from brands I’m genuinely excited to try.

I spent a long time searching for the right beauty subscription, and Cohorted kept coming up as one of the best. Now that I’ve tried it myself, I can honestly say it is the best. The attention to detail, the quality of the items, and the overall experience feel a step above the rest.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a premium beauty box that’s truly worth it!

I really like the hair products in this box. I used to subscribe to Cohorted a long time ago, but for financial reasons I stopped. The hair products feel and smell expensive. Looking forward to seeing what the next box contains as it would be nice to get variety of beauty products rather than just hair care!

Very disappointed – not what’s advertised

I signed up expecting a luxury subscription box full of premium, exciting surprises each month. Instead, I’ve received boxes that are mostly “edits” with only one or two mediocre products - nothing like the luxury experience promised. It feels misleading and really disappointing for the price.

I’ve now cancelled my subscription and requested a refund for the upcoming box. Would not recommend unless Cohorted drastically improves the quality and transparency of what they’re selling.

My order came. I waited 20 days! I contacted customer service via email 5 times, also their instagram and honestly I had high hopes for them. :((((( And no there is no reply in my spam or junk.

I would like to get my box and a reason why this happened. There is NO ONE to talk to directly. I placed my order on the 2nd October and it’s the 24th of October.

QUICK UPDATE----
Order arrived very late, but the products was good. I actually received a hair care box when i wanted the mystery box.

I then thought I would try and place another order. Took the risk, but that box was sent out within 2 days. Which was good. Nice items, not all known, but one of the eyeshadows was a cheaper brand.

But I will give more stars due to the second delivery.
Please... Try to answer your customers so we are not left thinking we were scammed. But good products overall

I bought the Eve Lom Beauty Box and just wow! My skin has bever looked better and it is such great value. The foaming cream cleanser is the holy grail! Its so good

The best beauty box that I've ever had! The delivery was so fast and the products are high end. The brands are exclusive and I really loved everything inside. I will definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend.

Ordered 2 boxes and one arrived open with items missing.

Reported to customer service who promised a replacement and nothing received after 3 weeks.

No response to follow up emails which is very poor from a company who brand as luxury.

I am on my third box now and I am so pleased I will be keeping this subscription forever. The products are always of a high standard. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I get so excited for them to arrive each month. Thank you !!

My monthly treat came, it is always a beautifully presented luxury box, of full size treats of the highest calibre.

I am happy with my August Cohorted box. Love Pixi. Will use everything. Some monthly boxes are better than others, but they’re always good value for money. Thank you :)

I have been a long standing subscriber however have been so disappointed that I have now paused my subscription. In the Grow Gorgeous box I was given two identical products as they had stock issues. I found it disappointing that I was not even asked whether that would be okay to do - I would have expected at least a heads up or ask whether I wanted a surplus product from other boxes. I couldn’t even use the product as it was for thinning hair, which made it sting more.
Also it feels like the products have now become more basic/standard and less affluent. They used to be premium, newish products but now they are more attainable and at a lower end of the market. Certainly not the luxury boxes I’ve been enjoying receiving.

I'd never heard of cohorted, then I saw an ad pop up, when I was looking for makup boxes. Oh what can I say, words fail. It's the best value and fantastic selection of premium brands. I am totally hooked now, this will be my go to place for makup and skincare. Think of the cheapest makup brand, which probably isn't the nicest quality, you pay less per item than the cheap brand. I don't know how they do it, but I'm happy they do. Happy days!

Emailed 3 times about an order that was tracked as delivered but never received by me. No response from company. Would not recommend.

I received my second box on the monthly subscription service however there was 1 item missing and I had a duplicate of another item. I emailed to ask if this could be remedied over a week ago and chased twice but have had no response, only an email asking for a review. Considering this is advertised as a ‘luxury’ subscription service, there have been issues with the box and the customer service has been poor.

Cohorted sent me an email asking me to review my box…..it hasn’t arrived yet, they haven’t even dispatched it. So I would have to say it’s a one star.
