No answer from the customer service

I'm waiting for a parcel, which is deliverd to the wrong address. Since I'm not the sender I need to contact Coin to resolve the issue. The only way to contact Coin is via a form on their website. I am already waiting for a long time, but no response.

Fraudulent behaviour.
Sold an item that is clearly defective and trying to deflect responsibility.

Fraudulent and liars.
Will NEVER purchase there again
