Our experience with Colin Dean has been exceptional and working with the agent assigned to us Tyrese Johnson was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. His professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and seamless.

He took the time to understand exactly the services we needed and went above and beyond to match our needs perfectly. Communication was always prompt and clear, and we never felt out of the loop at any stage.
He was always available to respond promptly to our enquiries and eager to answer our questions until we were comfortable to move on to the next step.

What really stood out was his genuine care and commitment which showed that the agency truly had our best interests at heart.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent , buy or sell a home and it’s Five stars all the way!

They have been very unprofessional in managing the property and resolving tenant issues. It has taken them months to address even minor maintenance problems. I am very unhappy with the way they are handling us as tenants

Very unprofessional way to run a business. Have seen two properties with this estate agents and have expressed interest in both. On the first occasion was told the landlord is interested in your offer but is out of the country at the moment so they would give me a call after they speak to the landlord once they are back in the country. Waited about a week and hadn't heard a thing so called and property had two new tenants in that time frame as the first one fell through. Second viewing with the same staff member while in the property at the end of the viewing asked for the offer form to be sent over and was told that she would do it when she was back in the office. Called them again just before the end of business day and asked for the form again. Was told it will be sent over now. Again heard nothing so had to wait a extra day as it was good Friday. Call again on sat morning as was told someone will call me back and nothing again... So my partner called. And was told the property had gone. Its hard not to feel there is some form of personal issue with us for some reason. If you say you are going to contact someone it's the right thing to do. And not keep leading people on. My partner was told sorry for the misunderstanding. I see no misunderstanding just negligence and horrible business practice.

We had two views with these people, two times they tell us they will send us the offer sheet or call us and never happend.
When we call them back they will say the will call you back and no one will call you or send an email.
When I call them to check what was wrong they put many excauses for they bad behaviour, no apologies or a explanation about why they never call or send the offer sheet, making us to loose the opportunity to rent the place twice.
I won't recommend this place to rent or buy a property.

These Agents are Scammers , Only After Your Money, Avoid them at all costs, Modern day Thieves abusing customers and taking their live savings.
