Ordered from this company, item has never been delivered to me and the tracking shows the parcel was damaged. Still waiting on a refund over 4 weeks later. They’ve said they haven’t had the parcel back yet and are now refusing to communicate. Please be cautious when buying from this company as I’m £170 down
Contacted this company through email regarding a few quieries I had, mainly to find out about delivery to the UK and the cost. Brilliant communications from them, everything I asked was answered very cleary, so I understood perfectly. Delivery was super fast only took a few days, which I was surprised with, with it being from outside the UK. Ordered a Disney Tradition Figurine and it arrived very well packaged no damages to the packaging and the figurine was in brand new perfect condition . I am extremely happy with this purchase.
