Luckily they followed through with this request, but it took a week for them to reply to my email
Bought a tshirt from them. First of all the shipping is almost endless, and when it finally arrived it was super bad quality. The tshirt itself is most likely from hm or something and the embroidery is quite shameful to be honest. I mailed them twice and they want reply, and you can only return the item after 2 weeks after you received the receipt which doesn’t make sense.
