I have ordered a lampshade, arrived damaged I contacted the seller about it, they given me 3 options, I have chosen for the damaged lampshade to be picked up and refund. Nobody came to picked up and no contact from them and noo reply to my emails from seller! First time buyer and last time... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They don’t look as good as they do on the website pics. They come with some imperfections and the light shades absolutely stink when they arrive of damp and shellfish (unless it’s the glue). Need time to air before installing. The smaller light shades are also very fiddly to install so I have been putting it off until now. The Callisto looks lovely when the light is off and on. The Amroth doesn’t look as good in when the light is on as the imperfections shine through more obviously. It’s also not as white as it looks on the website. It’s more ivory which doesn’t go in my room. I’d also recommend a cool light bulb with the Amroth as it doesn’t look as good with yellow light shining through. I know they are handmade but at the prices they are sold you’d want perfection.

Really disappointed with the purchase, I bought 2 globe lamps and a floor one (amalthea range) about £500 total and not impressed at all.
The only good thing is that the outer glass shell is in acceptable condition, not ideal, but one can argue thats the case with hand made staff.
Electrics are beyond words, as cheap and bad as it gets, used compacted cardboard, not even wood, attached with massive rusty nails....we had to gut all 3 lights and ask electrician to reinstall them in safe manner, which compromises any guarantee.
all 3 lights ordered at the same time, but arrived on different days. The electrician advice was either not to buy from them or if we do to insure re-install of the electrics prior to use.

We have just received our 3rd Collectiviste Lamp from the Callisto range and absolutely love it just as much as the floor lamp and the larger coffee table lamp from this lovely Bali Shell range. Many thanks for the excellent service and quality product!

I first saw the lamps at the Ideal Home Exhibition and they are unique and stunning. I bought a tall glass floor lamp in the sale. The service was excellent and my lamp looks beautiful and give a warm amber glow. I also like the story behind the company and that their work comes from Bali artisans.
