High interest rates
Very easy to use and manage loans, wish the loans were combined. But even though I have 2 other loans with them that I have been paying on monthly my interest rate this year was extremely high, and I have an over 750 credit score, very disappointing.

Each application is evaluated independently, and interest rates are determined based on a variety of factors at the time of application, including the applicant's credit profile, selected loan terms, and current market conditions. As a result, previous loans or payment history do not guarantee the same rate on future applications.
While each loan remains a separate account, we align payment due dates whenever possible so borrowers can conveniently make all of their payments at the same time. We appreciate you sharing your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the borrower experience.
Easy to Navigate!
I’m a new student starting this semester and College Ave made it so so easy to get a loan! I started three different loan applications through different companies, but College Ave was the quickest, most simple, and efficient application and I ended up just sticking with them! Loan rate is even better than what my school gave me for an unsubsidized loan. App is perfectly simple and easy to navigate, I am not worried about the future now. Thank you College Ave!

I am disappointed with College ave in…
I am disappointed with College ave in terms of the interest rate my son received when I co signed for the loan this year. Last year the interest rate was around 8% this year over 10% . I have a credit score of 828 and my son is around 780. I would assume the interest rate would be the same or lower.

We strive to keep our rates competitive, but several factors determine the interest rate including both the applicant’s and cosigner’s credit in addition to the loan repayment option selected. As a result, a previous loan's rate does not guarantee the same rate on a future application. We provide all the details about the interest rate for the customer to accept prior to making the loan.
