I had an excellent experience with…
I had an excellent experience with College Ave. I was trying to increase my student loan to match my school's Cost of Attendance, and after getting conflicting information from my university, I felt stuck.
A representative named Charita went above and beyond to help me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. Instead of simply telling me what to do, she contacted college ave's financial aid office while I was on the phone and helped coordinate everything needed to certify my updated loan amount.
Thanks to her dedication, my loan was successfully increased, and the process was completed much faster than I expected. She turned a very stressful situation into a smooth one.
I truly appreciate Charita's professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. She made a huge difference in my pharmacy school journey. Thank you, Charita, and thank you, College Ave! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All you care about is the money
All you care about is the money. The high interest rates, and how much the student goes into debt is NONE of your concern. There is never a phone call telling the borrower that they are doing a great job paying off the loan and you know what, the next month's payment is on us. No...The only phone call the borrower gets is when they missed a payment date and you didn't get your blood money. You don't give a sh!t about anything else but the $$$. Trust me, it shows...

I do not have a loan with this company…
I do not have a loan with this company however someone has incorrectly added my email address to their loan. For over two years I have received emails incorrectly. I have followed up on this multiple times and despite telling me they’ve resolved the issue, I still receive debt emails. The latest email contains personal and identifying information related to the actual loan holder, which is a data breach. If I ever actually needed a student loan, I’d steer far clear of College Ave!
For clarity between my review and College Ave’s reply, College Ave below have ‘confirmed’ that they have removed my email from associated loans. This was done after I left this review.
