Great selection on the site. Always willing to help, search for an item, and replace incorrect items. Friendly service, good tracking, overall fabulous experience.

Damaged and used Pops! Sent with No protection at all! Tried to blame Postman for their own faults in not protecting items. Made so many poor excuses and got abusive; did not resolve the issues was extremely difficult to get a refund and return damaged items. I Leave genuine and honest feedback. Avoid at all costs.

Edit: I have not put my real name due to the aggressive nature of the company and I wrote this having seen many attempts of them making excuses in order to get other negative reviews removed and responding to other reviews with sarcastic remarks regarding some of their policies forcing to pay return postage. (Which is illegal if an item arrives damaged)

This is a serious complaint and there to aid in others decisions in whether or not they use the company based on my review.

I do like the fact that this site has rarer or country exclusives available without having to pay import fees and the stupid £8 Royal Mail handling fee.

Could be faster in terms of shipping but hopefully the upgrade in warehouse will relieve this issue.

This would have been a five star review but I ordered a Pop on the 20th of July and I still have not received.

Every time I contact customer service, it is the same message of waiting for stock from the supplier.

Your main stock is Pops so surely you should have some agreement and pull with suppliers.

I know that if I contact them now, it will be the same story of waiting for stock.
I don't want to cancel the order as the item is hard to get now but I am annoyed that this company is getting interest on the money I have provided with nothing to show for it.

If you are looking for harder to find pops then go to PopCultcha (Google Them) as they normally have most of them and normally are cheaper and don't have stickers on the box.

If they can sort my order out within the next month then I will be happy to change my score and edit my review but until then, this will review will stay with one star.

*Edit* After contacting them again, they just flat out cancelled my order without asking if I wanted to cancel it. So annoyed! I didn't want it to be cancelled, I wanted my damn item.
So useless, I will never use this company again. I will stick with PopCultcha who look after their customers!

Also, I will be contacting Trust Pilot as they have a Five star rating image on their site but only 4 stars on here so they are misleading their clients.

Bought two Pops and a pack of Pop protectors from them. Paid order in full and it was shipped normally. To my surprise the Pop protectors were missing from the package. Contacted them by email and was told that they had oversold the pop protectors and would be sending them as soon as possible. More than 6 months have passed and no Protectors, no refund and they have stopped responding to my emails. Absolutely unacceptable. They are scammers and will take your money and not send the product. Beware!

Never had any issue with this company. I got some sought after ones in their store. Would highly recommend their service. Never even tried their customer service because everything had been smooth

Took ages to deliver an item and blamed Royal Mail for delays - other retailers have been fine. Item had damage which they would not accept.

Other items never received. PayPal claim ongoing.

Most concerning is their policy that they will keep 25% of your money if you cancel an order within 14 days and 50% if you cancel after that. Will also not refund postage if you return an item and charge a 15% "restocking fee".

Can't recommend them at all.

Edit: unfortunately Collekt have tried to report my review and accused me of making multiple accounts to post negative reviews. This is untrue and it is a shame that they would rather try and remove criticism rather than reflect on why they have many unhappy customers.

never normally have problems but this last time, i had to email over 2 months, just to get my order which every other store had apart from collekt, then they go and send me all my order apart from one part, really disappointed in them still not got my whole order very seriously thinking of never using them again

I've had many, many dealing with Collekt and they've been very positive! Hard to get hold of Pops can be sought here and they're good prices, fast shipping with great condition items.
I really like the fact that you can earn points to redeem against future payments as a member.
I've personally recommended Collekt to friends and people online and 10/10 would recommend again!!

All orders I have made have come in perfect condition. Did have a bit of a worry with one order coming late but they sorted it out straight away

Item purchased on 10th December, and forced to pay £5 for 48 hour delivery. By 19th December the item still wasn't here, despite me checking several times and being given false promises about how the item would be dispatched in the next 48 hours, Yadda Yadda Yadda.... By 19th, I'd had enough and I requested a refund because it was too late for me to receive the product before leaving for the Christmas holidays. Within 10 minutes, the item was miraculously dispatched, yet my message went ignored. So basically, it has been dispatched that quickly once a refund was requested, despite the fact that it was too late and the item was no longer wanted. I assume I'll have to pay return postage. Absolute amateurs, and despite having a £5 off voucher for my next order, I will NOT be using Collekt again... Maybe the clue is in the name. Better to collect from them because they're certainly not efficient enough for delivery! ***UPDATE*** THE OWNERS OF COLLEKT.CO.UK CONTACTED TRUST PILOT WITH FALSE CLAIMS THAT THEY HAD NO CUSTOMERS WITH MY NAME TO GET THIS REVIEW REMOVED. Terrible customer service, I placed a pre-order at the start of August for an item listed as estimated for release late August and now in the middle of November I still have not received my items and money has been taken from my account with no communication about a new delivery date. The items in question have been generally released for over two weeks now, so much for 'pre' ordering, i am currently trying cancel the order and recover my money but it it proving difficult when they flat out ignore emails, two of which have been sent with no reply.

Excellent company. Reply to messages instantly and are always very helpful. Have already got another pre-order with them.
