This company hosts spammers purporting to be email administrators and does not appear to be able or motivated to stop them. I have reported to their abuse email via SpamCop dozens of times to no effect.

nsThe overall experience didn't quite meet my expectatio. The service was acceptable, but the process wasn't as seamless as I thought it would be. Better organization would have helped considerably.

My experience with ColoCrossing was a complete waste of time. Here is the exact sequence of how it played out:

The Order: I purchased a dedicated server plan, expecting standard provisioning.

The Radio Silence: Instead of getting my server, I sat stuck in an out-of-stock queue for the entire weekend.

The Empty Answers: Every time I reached out to support for an update, I received vague, unhelpful canned responses that went nowhere and resolved nothing.

The Resolution: After losing two days waiting for nothing, I canceled my attempt, went elsewhere, and had a working bare-metal server provisioned elsewhere in less than 20 minutes.

If you need reliable infrastructure and actual customer service, look elsewhere. Do not waste your weekend waiting for hardware they don't actually have.

Did not host with them. But I have blocked any emails that are hosted by colorcrossing.com due to the amount of spams and phishing emails daily. My advise if you do not want your site to have a bad reputation, do not host with them.

Seems like they host SPAM/FRAUD websites as reported by the SpamCop email parser.

Failed to deliver the service ordered and refused refund. Be wary of purchasing a VPS from ColoCrossing.

I ordered a VPS in Dublin, on monthly basis fortunately, as I could have been out of pocket by much more. I think they do deals from time to time and is another reason to be mindful of paying 12 months upfront if the service isn't what you were expecting.

I had a particular need for a server to be located in Ireland. They told me after some issues following placement of the order and finding I didn't have the disk allocation I should have had, that there was no availability in Ireland right now. They asked if I would want server at one of their locations in the USA and I said that it wouldn't meet my needs and promptly asked for a refund. I was advised that this is not their policy.

Terrible provider, just avoid.

Great pricing, a wide range of options to choose from, and multiple locations available. The support team is highly responsive, and the network performance is consistently fast and reliable

Do not use colocrossing, these scammers terminate 25 dedicated servers of mine without valid explanation and my two accounts with them are closed without backup. Their ladyboy named Ernie is full of scammer, took too much money from us without giving us services. We suggest avoid colocrossing at all costs.

I had a great customer service experience setting my server up with a great rate. I will set up the server and update the team after a few months. George and Sam were my representative and they are rockstars

These people are garbage for cloud hosting. VPS was down for 13 hours and 26 minutes, with a total of of about 23 hours down time in a couple months Dallas location. Support sends one sentence responses not even a sorry or anything or explaining what happend and what's being done to correct the issues just simply "check now" as the ticket responses. I wouldn't trust these people with a production environment at least on the cloud service.

After 15 years with ColoCrossing I felt it's time to write a review of them, they've more than earned one. We've relied on their infrastructure since 2010, and they've consistently delivered.

The uptime has been remarkable, I honestly can't remember the last time we had an outage that wasn't scheduled maintenance or an issue on our networking side. For a business that depends on 24/7 availability, that kind of reliability is invaluable.

Their support team stands out in an industry where ticket responses can range drastically from hours to days. We regularly get responses within 5-10 minutes, even for non-emergency requests. More importantly, the techs actually know what they're doing. These are people understand server infrastructure and can resolve issues efficiently with out a bunch of back and forth or escalations.

Fifteen years is a long time in the hosting world. We've watched competitors cut corners, let service quality slide, or simply go out of business. ColoCrossing has remained consistent throughout. That's why we're still with them and have no plans to look elsewhere.

mass email phishing servers senders beware

I opened a ticket with them because the IP they gave me for my VPS was on the blacklist. First they were helpful, but after a few hours then kept sending me over to the "Sales/Billing" department. For two days in a row. Either they are support spam farms or just dont care. I dont know.
Cannot trust these guys

They acquired servers from a prior host and the server had multiple failures and multi day outages. Their answer was to compensate for $25. They changed the motherboard and their system still failed again a second time leading to multi day outages the second time. They cost significant financial damage as their IP addresses are blacklisted constantly and they don't do anything about it. Just recently their drives had an issue which damaged a virtual machine and caused the partition to be lost and unrecoverable had to create an entirely new mail system from scratch which cost $500 so I've already lost thousands just being here of course they're not going compensated anyway one of the sales managers is a prior owner of a Hosting company that scammed vendors out of thousands of dollars and shut down without warning, leaving hundreds of customers out of business and unable to migrate their data

Ernie did an excellent job helping us from start to finish — from allocating IP addresses to resolving email rate-limiting issues. He was professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth. Truly great service, highly recommend!
