There's a pandemic going on and all they care about is money. I expressed my concerns with the company since they're based in China on the shipment on the dresses. The same day they notified me they didn't have the color in stock this is going into almost a month from the time of purchase. Unfortunately my friends wedding was put on hold, so I canceled my order after reading there would be delays from shipping coming from China. Even if the event was still on the dresses wouldn't have made it in a timely fashion. This company lacks morals and standards to keep a percentage of my money when I didn't receive the items is totally wrong.

I just received the three bridesmaid dresses I ordered. First of all, I was amazed at your ability to get them done essentially when promised even with the issues associated with the coronavirus. Secondly, they are beautiful and as a seamstress myself, the workmanship is topnotch. Not a loose thread to be seen. I had them custom made and my girls have yet to try them on but based on the professionalism you have shown thus far, I am confident they will flit like a dream. I highly recommend this company and when in need of formal wear in future I will order from you. Thank you so much!

I ordered 4 dresses, 4 vests and 4 Ties. I was told on Feb 18th they would ship out by Feb 23rd. I emailed them back on Feb 21st asking why they were all being shipped together when I paid for 2 different shipping fees due to me ordering these at different times. I did not receive an email back until today Feb 28th. Saying the following

We are so sorry to bother you.
There is no chance for us to get items arrive to you before wedding 7 Mar, Is your real wedding date Mar 7th or later?

If Mar 7th, we have to cancel them. Hope you still have enough time to make new plan. Sorry for all inconvenience.

Iam not for sure why I was told they would ship out by the 23rd and then not receive this email until Feb 28th. I will be contacting the BBB as this is poor customer service and I should have been told on the 18th they would not be shipping due to whatever reasons and not wait 10 days later ( 5 days after they should have already shipped) This is the worst service I have ever received. Plus they never answer their phone or email me back within a reasonable amount of time. I will NEVER refer colorsbridesmaid.com to ANYONE and I expect all money refunded ( including international charges) Now I have to run around like crazy trying to find replacements at last minute because this company lacks the ability to communicate with the customers.

For my wedding I was looking for modest dresses and found a very cute one in the color I loved! Which wasn’t easy to find in other places. My bridesmaids were a little worried about ordering online because they didn’t know of the website but half of them did order. Unfortunately due to a terrible virus in China we were worried the dresses wouldn’t be here on time. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service Color bridesmaid has. I spoke to 3 different people and they were all so helpful! We ended up needing to cancel because the other girls didn’t want to purchase but the seller did guarantee us we would get the dresses on time. Although on their side there wasn’t errors they still provided us a full refund which just shows how much they care about their customers! I would definitely recommend this website. They have shown themselves very trustworthy and have great communication, though the time zone is different and it does affect what time they respond they always do respond! :) Thank you for taking away any added pressure to Wedding planning ❤️ Appreciate the great customer service!

I have had such a great experience with this company, The dress was exactly as pictured. It fits perfectly. They custom fitted the length for me. Ordered it earlier this month and it arrived 4 days earlier than expected. I can't wait to wear it at my grandson's wedding in February.

My daughter's dress was beautifully made, and they closely followed the instructions we gave. Customer service was fast and polite. We plan to order again.

I had an amazing experience ordering from this company! The first thing that delighted me was the fact that I could order a custom size for free with no added processing or delivery time. Once I placed my order, I received an email kindly notifying me that some areas of the bodice are sheer and asking if I would like it lined... yes, please! 😊 They also asked for some extra measurements and included pictures to show me how to get all the measurements. My dress arrived thirteen days after I placed the order! They asked me the date of the event I need the dress for and made sure I have it in plenty of time before the wedding. I am very pleased with my experience and the service I was given! Tip: When you order a custom size, send them your exact measurements, and they will add a little bit to make sure it’s not too tight.

Dress still too small even after ordering 2 sizes larger and having measurements taken by a professional. Return policy a joke. Costs more to return than to buy. Suggested I sell dress on eBay and buy another one. Company in China. NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE

Honestly, my experience with this company is a hands down 5 star experience. Which is wild, considering I almost never say that about China-based companies. Let me lay this out for you:

It’s July and I’ve convinced my sister-in-law to have her bridesmaids, including myself, use this site instead of David’s Bridal. Mainly because DB is trash and they still have MY bridesmaid dresses in stock - as part of their normal attire. My wedding was 5 years ago.

So I convince her to have everyone choose a short dress from this site mainly because there were so many options in her chosen color. I knew I was taking a risk doing this. Shipping and sizing from Chinese companies are notoriously sketchy for Americans.

Fast forward to SEPTEMBER 11TH and I realize that I HAVEN’T ORDERED MY DRESS FOR THE OCT 24TH WEDDING. Crap y’all! Seriously, with a 6 year old and 6 month old.. I’m lucky I get to shower everyday - let’s be real.

So, I sit down with baby drool on my shaking hands and promptly order my dress. I look at the sizing chart, grabbed some ribbon (because who has body measuring tape?!) and went to measuring. Then, I ordered TWO sizes up. This was super important because you can always get a seamstress/tailor to take in a dress.

After putting in the order information, I paid and prayed. And then I went to Amazon to start searching for the same color dress to have as a back up, just in case.

The order arrived on SEPTEMBER 22ND. I don’t know how it got to me so quickly, but it did and now I can breath again. Opening up the dress it was of a quality of material that I would expect to get at a mid-quality bridal store (cough DB). Honestly I probably could have also ordered only 1 size up and not had to tailor it, but I needed to do that anyway because I’m short so it would always need to be hemmed. Also, it has a built in bra which was totally unexpected and awesome because a sticky bra in the Bahamas would’ve been knee pads by the end of the night.

TL;DR: Go with this company. Quality is comparable to most stores with a HUGE selection. Order 2 sizes up from your normal pant size, or 1 if you don’t want to tailor. Order at minimum 2 months from event date.

The colors my client received were not as they appeared on the website or as described in color. My client thought ordering her bridesmaids dresses online would be easier since all of her bridesmaids were in different states. That proved to be a mistake. Plus everyone ordered separately so they could pay for their own dress which makes it even more difficult. If I could, I would upload pictures of the dresses we received vs the dresses pictured on the website. No computer screen or phone screen should have that much of a difference in color! So instead of receiving maroon, burnt orange, and a tanish honey color- we received primary red, pumpkin orange, and yellow orange. Too bad my client has already spent hundreds on her flowers to match these dresses only to realize after her bridesmaids received them that they wouldn’t match!

I am a Californian with plenty of money, however, I got on line and came across this company and saw their dresses and fell in love with the one i purchased from them. Not only was the dress absolutely perfect for my wedding, the color I chose was magnificent, i got so many compliments on my dress on my special day, I was very pleased and proud. This company has excellent customer service and followed through with all of their promises. I would highly recommend this company to anyone...great job ladies..many thanks!

I cannot begin to express how much I recommend this company!! They were amazing from before I ordered and after delivery. They are kind, caring, friendly and considerate! All the dresses are beautiful from the look to the material! The custom fits are impeccable! We had a small mishap with a non custom sized, which they took care of immediately and had a new dress shipped within 2 weeks!

I usually am veeeeeery picky on buying clothes online, not to mention a bridesmaid dress!!!!! My cousin asked me to be her bridesmaid and I had the hardest time searching for a formal turquoise dress! Until she told me about Colorsbridesmaid! After looking through so many beautiful dresses I was able to pick one dress that I fell completely in love with. Unfortunately when it arrived it did NOT fit me at all, even though I had ordered it two sizes bigger than what I usually am. I got in contact with one of the employees and with a fast reply they gave me the options to either return my dress and get a refund, return my dress and get it fixed or order a new dress from scratch with my measurements. I chose to order a new dress and thankfully I did not have to pay full price again which was so nice!!!! And I got to keep my old one to sell myself. The new dress arrived in less than three weeks!! I was so nervous that it would not fit since the first one was super tiny. But luckily it fit like a glove!! The material is super nice doesn't feel cheap at all and its soooo comfy!!! Money well spent!!!! I am soooooo in love with my dress and I am sooooo happy with how everything turned out!! I want to thank all the girls that helped me figure this out. Thank you for how quick and attentive you were to service me. You guys are amazing!!!! Now I know for sure where I can find the perfect dress when I need to!! A million thanks!! If it wasn't for you I don't know what i would have done in such short time!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

If you are concerned about ordering online, forget about it and ORDER NOW! These people are truly amazing and know their stuff! My package got delivered while I was on vacation, although I was able to talk to FedEx through my doorbell. Colorsbridesmaid had no idea I had the package set to redeliver. On the background they were tracking my package and stayed in contact with me to make sure I received the order and was happy with the item.

Regarding the dress... it is beautiful and well made! Also, follow their sizing chart if you want your dress to come out perfect. We ordered 2 different sizes and both came out perfect I will recommend this company to anyone!

The dress itself is fine. The customer service is horrible. I ordered this dress for a wedding. The bride chose a different dress and I contacted them to return. If you read their return policy they says they will give a full refund as long as the dress hadn't been worn, altered, washed, etc. They also have a mailing address in NY. They told me if I wanted to return it, I'd have to ship to China and it would be costly. Eventually they gave me a partial refund to keep the dress. A dress I don't want or need. And lost money on it. It's not worth the hassle to deal with this company.

Literally the worst experience of my life...I ordered a dress to the size I normally wear for dresses well that came and was too small. So then I sent my measurements and now the damn dress is way too big! What was the point of me sending in my measurements if you were just going to send me another wrong dress. Now I'm out $46 for the second dress and now have to pay to have it tailored. This is why you don't buy dresses online as I told my friend who ordered them from her for her wedding because she wanted to be cheap! Well you know what they say you get what you pay for! Oh and needless to say I get an email from them which was like well sorry for your luck basically and now I have to send pictures proving its too big, customer service wasn't bad up until that response!

Words can't begin to explain how happy I was today when I received my dress. Best customer service I have ever received. Buying a dress directly from China was scary but they did their best and delivered the perfect custom dress in lightning speed. I would recommend this site to all future bridesmaids!

I found this website just when I was about to give up on the perfect dress and the color I wanted. So many styles and colors made this online store perfect. I wanted the perfect dress for my beach wedding and I found my dress. It was so many style which took me about a week to decide on the right one. I was a little disappointed because my perfect dress didn't have a train. After emailing to ask the question was it possible to add a train to my dress. The answer I received was which train would you like. All I had to do was send a picture of a dress that had the train I wanted to add on my dress. I was so excited that I didn't have to settle after all. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and I didn't have to wait days for a reply. I sent my measurements and although I had to do very little alterations my wedding dress was perfect. I know I was lead to this online store by God because I trusted he had the perfect dress already made for me. I only had to wait to be directed. I felt like the Queen that I am in my wedding dress. I received so many compliments and questions on where I purchased my dress. I was quick to tell them colorsbridesmaid. They have so many options and you will not be disappointed. Thank you for making my wedding dress perfect and fit for a queen.

This site was really great! I ended up having to get my bridesmaid dresses about 2.5 months before the wedding and the stores in my area all kept saying they wouldn’t be ready until 1-2 months after the wedding! We custom ordered the dresses and they are beautiful! The customer service is amazing. Each girl ordered separately and they emailed to ask if it was for the same wedding so they could make sure they had the exact match of colour. The customer service team kept all of us up to date all the time. Great!!!
