Danger be careful ...... A company that says all the right things to get the sale, the Sales man is very charming. Promises of guarantees but when the whole of my driveway split, cracked and fell apart, the MD was very quick to go back on his promises.
His words when asked about customer service " Cut the crap, you cant prove we said anything. When I did, they just ignored my calls !!
Aggressive, rude and threatening.
Please please be very careful before you use this company.
Still left with an use-able drive, and thousands of pounds out of pocket

21.02.18 - Thank you Sally for the response but please let me put your comments into context.
I was reassured that the roots leading to my drive wouldn't be an issue when you quoted me. I questioned that and that was why I got Darren to confirm to me in writing that if the roots caused a problem you would fix it. Why else would he write to me to confirm that this was the case. I can upload pictures if you need confirmation of the text but I have already sent a copy to you.
To highlight further that your "highly responsible" claim is in fact false, the main crack travelling across my drive is approx 15 m away the tree and runs in completely the wrong direction to be the tree. Please speak to Simon regarding this as he confirmed that it was not related to the tree when he came to see me.
I understand that this is embarrassing for you but all I want is the service that you promised. Having paid you thousands of pounds all I want is a driveway that hasn't fallen apart within 18 months. I think that this is fair, especially when I asked the question before I instructed you and was reassured that it wouldn't be an issue.
To make this clearer for you, I am in the process of doing a video of my driveway which I will be uploading shortly to the internet. You will be able to see with absolute clarity that the service you have supplied is completely substandard and unacceptable. I will link you in so that you can see what I am talking about.

Colourstone completed a stone finished driveway at our property and it looks amazing. The original surface was cracked and uneven concrete which looked awful. I wanted an alternative to Tarmac (looks like a road) or block paving( weeds always grow through) and Colourstone had the solution. The driveway is made up of tiny natural stones bonded within a resin. The best way to describe the finished product is like compacted sand which glistens when sunlight hits the lighter coloured stones/quartz. It has transformed the appearance of our house, giving it real kerb appeal. Colourstone is a family run business. From the original quote through to the completed driveway their professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. I would highly recommend this company, they did a superb job. Very happy customer.
