I think that the best way of reviewing colouryoureyes.com is to just copy and paste the email I sent to them last night.

Hi, I wanted to drop you an email after receiving your call this morning. I'm astonished by your customer service, rapid posting and overall quality and unbeatable prices of your lenses.
I've now bought a few lenses from you. After scouring the internet researching these points AND having bought similar items from your competitors your service surpasses any experience I've had with them.

Your immediate response was a suprise as it's usually up to even a week before getting a reply from internet shops if something goes wrong with an order. Not only that, you rightly felt that the best/quickest way of getting a solution was to ring me! Practically unheard of from customer services. You hit the bullseye with that one also.

On top of this you offered a no quibbles immediate replacement, which (and I have no reason to doubt) will be with me tomorrow, without the hassle of having to return the damaged pair. Wow! You guys kick ass, to coin an American phrase.

I think it's important to let sellers know when they do things right in this increasingly impersonal age of internet shopping. I felt that your personal touch, cut straight through the red tape that customers usually have to endure. You'll definitely be seeing me in your virtual shop again and I'll be recommending you wherever/whenever I can. No quibbles.

I (as promised) received my replacement lenses this morning. The whole process was made so much easier by colouryoureyes.com's customer services. I hope they don't stop doing what they're doing. They're very much getting it right at the moment.

Ordered 2 pairs of contacts from colouryoureyes really late in the day and didn't know if they'd arrive on time. Contacted the team for a bit of reassurance and they messaged back within 20 minutes and they came exactly when they said. 24 hour delivery spot on.greay service and product is perfect.

I contacted the store personally and they was so lovley and helpful, the contacts were great and really effected, loved these!

I received my lenses in 2 days, so much faster than I expected! They also sent me out an upgrade as to what I paid for, due to a sale going live the following day of my purchase, THANK YOU TEAM ❤ i really appreciate it !!

Lenses are very comfortable, best ones I've tried yet. Very happy Customer 😁!

Love using this company! Used them for years and always got order promptly. Only once contacts didn’t arrive and they sorted it straight away. Just about to order now…tried another company and they didn’t even send the contacts or reply to email. Not sure why I decided to do that. Tried another huge brand company, the colour was amazing but the contacts from there were nowhere near as comfortable. I’ll always only order from here from now on.

Most comfortable lenses i’ve tried , loved the colours suited my complexion well as normally i find it hard to find shades that suit my fair skin tone.

I have been using these contact lenses from last 3-4 years and absolutely love them.. they are so comfortable and natural looking.. I'll continue to buy from this website .. shipping was so fast .. i have had no issues so far.. highly recommend

I live in Brazil and I couldn't find the lenses colour I was looking for. The seller Hamza was very kind and patient and helped me find exactly what I wanted. It was such a great experience.
