I have had 3 visits from this pest control company who took the time to properly assess the issue I was having with mice in my kitchen. They were really helpful, letting me know what they were doing and even sending a report to my landlord, TWICE, of the repairs that needed to be done to resolve the situation. I am really grateful to them and have even recommended them to a friend who was having a similar problem and was having no luck with other pest control companies.

Don't trust any company that preys on fear tactics, sharing deliberately wrong information to people, to get them into believing the Brown Recluse spider is common in London homes, when it doesn't even live in this country except in extremely rare cases of accidently hitching a ride over on luggage from North America. Disgusting practice to promote.

Landel did an awesome job of clearing all holes and getting the pests out. He was super polite and simple went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We haven’t had any issues since!! Super grateful, thank you so much xx

I have called them on the 16th of March at 11h47 and left a voice message plus description of my problem as they requested. It is the 20th and I'm still waiting for the return call. The next day, Friday the 17th I logged in to the website and filled in the online form plus made a booking for today, Monday 20th. A message popped up that one of their staff would be in touch shortly. Again, nothing. I shall definitely not recommend this company for they are just not trustworthy.

This company is priced extremely high and for this price you believe you’re going to get a top class service. This is a mistake. Engineer was more than an hour late for initial visit. They baited minimal areas which meant the issue remained unresolved. Each visit they stayed no longer than 10mins. They promised a 1 month guarantee thereafter but have refused to return any of my calls and emails requests to book this in - I have called more than 5 times in total requesting a revisit and sent at least 2 emails - Even though they can’t reply to my email requesting a visit, they have tried to up sell proofing of the property without the proofing guarantee after this was also promised.

Note comment by engineer - we only try to control the problem. We can’t and don’t eradicate. So…. What the hell am I paying for then!

Fancy website. Fancy tracking spiel. Ineffective service. Waste of money.

You’ve been warned. Don’t use this company. It takes a lot for anyone to be bothered to submit a negative review. Had I seen something similar written about them I would not have booked this company.

Today I have given up trying to chase this company for a re-visit, as per their guarantee. Currently booked another company to carry out work Combat Pest failed/refused under guarantee to do and I will be seeking a refund for money paid for services not supplied!

We had a rat problem in our house summer of last year and Mat quite literally saved the day. Thank you so much! Still completely free of pests.

Very prompt response and thorough inspection to provide us with a report to satisfy the buyers of our house that there were no pests in the loft. Covid secure and efficient in providing a report. Part of the money goes to help victims of conflict overseas, especially children. Would recommend the company and the guys who attended our property 🙂

Very pleased and impressed with this company dealing with unpleasant animal scratching noises in the living room and bathroom ceilings, presumably some kind of rodent(s). Charge was reasonable and they made three visits, but the second one solved the problem. There is also then a four week guarantee. They are all ex-military (one reason why I chose them) and operate in a disciplined way. They got in touch to let me know there was a traffic hold-up getting to me.
