Run as far as you can. When you start winning they delay your withdrawals exponentially. And they say there was an error in the withdrawl and they put your money back into your betting account hoping you gamble it and lose. Happened a few times. Also on roulette the app actually slowed down like it was a wifi issue when betting and seemed very suspect, asked support for help and they said no we will look into it and let you know…. Never heard back…Total scam. Do not recommend

Shortly before the event, the Country Manager personally cancelled the go-kart race via email, claiming Alba Larsen had to attend urgent training.I have since contacted the driver Alba Larsen directly through her official, verified Instagram profile. She has explicitly stated in writing that she had never heard of this event, was never booked for it, and did not cancel any such arrangement. The licensee has deliberately used a completely fictional event with high-profile sports icons as bait to make consumers register and provide sensitive personal data and CPR numbers under false pretenses.The case has been officially filed with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Case No. 1088000), and the entire documentation has been handed over to the national press. I rate things fairly, but avoid this casino at all costs. 100% scam. The RTP is the lowest I've ever seen. Good luck hitting bonuses or free spins and if you do, enjoy your miniscule wins. Doing $2 bets on sugar rush 1000, got the FS twice, both times the win was under $5. Any other casino it pays out handsomely. All the games freeze and give an error when you're about to hit free spins and when you return to the game it doesn't resume the session. I chalk it up to a money laundering scheme where they rig it so no one actually wins. Tried the chat, waited 10 minutes being #1 in the queue and gave up Garbage. 0/10 definitely fraudulent. They don’t have Face ID for login and every time you switch blackjack tables it’s says “resolving location” and I am forced to reload the app and login manually every time. Definitely need to catch up with the other apps in Ontario. Besides that it’s a clean app. Giving 1 star just because of how annoying it is. It needs to be more seamless.

Impossible to reach + withdrawal not moving
They are impossible to reach. I've now tried for 3 days to withdraw my winnings, even got my documents approved + one of my smaller withdraws went through - However, the bigger withdrawal is still not moving at all. I've been patient but their live support is non-existent. I get forwarded as number one in the queue but this queue is hours long and is an endless loop of nothing.

Please look into this as I'm super unsatisfied with the way that I've been treated throughout the last 48 hours. Im here again to write a honest review so may be some one will get benefit out of it. I deposited around 300Euros and won then I took out my winnings with no problem not knowing I’m already in their black list then the next day I lost all plus 2000 Euros more . It’s unfair and their casinos are a scam.

I received confirmation via e transfer that my funds were deposited.

It has been 48 hours and the site has not added the funds to my account.
