I have been waiting for tax info from Comerica's trust department. I no longer trust this trust company to take care of basic required paperwork.
This bank used to be my go to
This bank used to be my go to. Now it is, awful. Terrible, mathematics they have, or No Math, unauthorized debits, horrible calculations after transactions, wrong balance. Try to explain no one can help you. All she provided was a numerous bunch of transaction copies. She couldn't even tell me where the money went, when I showed her the closing balance? I mean, did the merchant charge back twice?? That's it I'm closing my account.
Comerica in San Jose (CA) - fantastic experience!
Fantastic experience with this bank when starting up my firm. The team in San Jose, CA is amazing (Santa Clara Street). Kudos to Vera and Kimberley for their commitment to customer satisfaction!
Vera spent all the time needed to deal with complex paperwork, understanding my exact needs, escalating on-the-spot when required (and getting actual feedback on the other side of the line!)
She also followed up with me about the remaining questions afterwards and it's great to have a real person as a contact (and not a mere number to call), who can be reached on the phone or by email (and who replies very fast too!)
Comerica really is the bank for small businesses and entrepreneurs - that's not only a slogan, it's also my own experience.
Not a horrible bank
Not a horrible bank, decent account management but overdraft fees are excessive
Worst Bank in my opinion
This is about the Branch in San Diego, CA - 92130 in Del Mar
From being the best bank I ever banked with under the leadership of John Cabigon, it has became worse and worse since he transferred to another branch.
Today is the day I reached the end of my rope with them and I intend to close all my business and personal accounts for me and my family soon. They have no respect or appreciation for client loyalty and their customer service is non-existent.
If I could give them minus 10 stars I would because in my opinion that is what they now deserve.
They hit you with extra overdrafts - SO hard to recover
Stay away from this bank. They are such a nightmare. I have accounts with Chase and Wells Fargo. Chase is the best for me.
