Happy with the service

I ordered 2 items, I heard nothing from them for 3 weeks so I emailed them. From that day on they were in contact and replied quickly. 1 item was out of stock and they were waiting for it to arrive, so they sent 1 item and gave me a small refund on the second item which they then posted as soon as it was in stock. Both items were lovely and great quality. I am very happy with there service

The online shopping cart failed…

The online shopping cart failed repeatedly, and the company has no method for resolving problems when it fails. This is a serious security issue. There is no contact information other than email, and the refund policy does not provide a return address. I received four items today even though I requested via their online messaging system that they cancel any pending transactions.. Today I received four packages and emails confirming they have been delivered. These are seat cushions and I really only needed one. AT $45 apiece, this is expensive. I notice that the company has only one record of the order, so why did I get four? And why was I billed for four, when it was not clear that the online shopping application was actually working? I received a return address for customer support and so far only had to pay $20 to ship one package back after I opened it to inspect the contents. This seems to be the best they can do at this point. Stay tuned

The system worked. Katie, at customer service was very helpful. It is important to communicate clearly when emailing, particularly if you're not very familiar with USPS return policies. I got a full refund after 3 weeks. I expected the experience to be similar to Amazon''s, but they are a small business and keeping up with internet and browser issues is harder to do. I note that this company has an Amazon storefront, and I would probably have to hold my nose and go through Amazon again.

I would give it no stars if possible

I would give it no stars if possible. They state hassle free lifetime warranty claim process. They will not honor their warranty if you cannot provide a receipt. I cannot understand how a receipt has anything to do with product failure or honoring the lifetime warranty.. My mat was a gift and the person who gave it to me is unreachable for reasons I preferred not to discuss. I have the mat, I own the mat, and the mat failed, period. I provided pictures they requested but without a receipt they would not honor their warranty. All of their communication is through email. No way to actually speak with anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE MANY OTHER CHOICES OUT THERE WITH BETTER PRODUCTS.

Seriously sketchy company and HORRIBLE "Customer Service"

Update 01/16/2025: I was finally contacted by Comfilife Founder after he saw my negative review. He apologized that my case had fallen through the cracks, and made things right by refunding me. I am grateful for that, but personally, my trust has been broken. I cannot recommend the company.

Initial review: I ordered three large anti-fatigue mats and received them fine, but decided to return them for a different color as they supposedly have a 60-day return policy for any reason. I repackaged the mats for return as they had not been used. I sent the company an inquiry on their website asking if I needed a return authorization number and the address to which to send. I didn't get anything back for nearly a week and finally a "response" telling me my question went into a SPAM folder and was being sent to a manager (?). I even replied to that email from them and still have not heard back. Twice more I have used their "contact us" on their website to find out an address to send the mats back to and never hear back. Their customer service is beyond HORRIBLE, their mats are fine, but I would say BUYER BEWARE!!

Edit to original review: I still have not received any response from their wonderful "customer service"! And after scouring their website for more info, I was unable to determine a phone number. (They say they are in San Diego, who knows...) Their website also says they ship their comfort mats flat, but mine were shipped rolled up, and even after a week on the floor they are not flat! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COMFLILIFE.COM
