UPDATE - I have absolutely no idea what you are referring to here. I certainly have not spoke to anyone at your company today, I am currently on a driving job to Scotland. But my review still stands. I interviewed with you in July and you guys quite frankly suck. Please stop harassing me.

Terrible company.
They don't pay their sales people a wage, they have hundreds of salespeople working around the clock, driving 1000+ miles a week for no pay, they only get paid when you make a sale. This creates a pressuring environment and turns the salesperson into a nasty biting dog, a bit unethical??? They claim their beds are unique to them, hardly. They come across as all lovely but I would argue that. I interviewed with them some months ago, they come across as a lovely bunch but under the hood you can see the problems. High staff turn over, they create pressure sales people, one point of evidence in this was when theys said they expect you to stay in the customers home for up to 4 hours.... 4 HOURS!? That's criminal. How is an 80 year old dear supposed to stay focussed for 4 hours on a boring sales pitch!? God damn it boils my blood!
They claim you can earn up to £100,000 a year, with their top salesperson earning £160,000 in one year... Yeah sure.. BS.
If someone has earned £160,000 in one year, that would equate to 3 sales a day of £5000, 6 or 7 days a week... Can you imagine the level of deceit and sales pressure that had to be applied to earn £160,000 in one year..
I really did not want to write this review as I hate shi**ing on companies but this one is called for.

I am happy with our bed, great service Comfomatic.

Tread carefully when they call you for a visit. They may be in your house longer than you expect. They will dangle carrots in front of you just to get a sale, by any means necessary.

Demonstration explained clearly.Men cleared up mess after themselves.
Now looking forward to a good nights sleep.

Awful business with terrible ethics.

I witnessed 1st hand Ged the sales director for this business despite being asked to on several occasions would it take much longer and asking him to leave still stay at the person house who we had visted for over 45 minutes after being asked to go.

It was visibly upsetting to see and the lady clearly no longer wanted him to be there, despite her requests which were ignored and he carried on. We were in the house for almost 3hrs which is a short amount of time if you read the other negative reviews on here too.

I have evidence of this and have been in contact with BBC Watchdog to share this.

They have a massively high turn over of sales staff due to treating them awfully and effectively not paying for the last week in which they work.

Update: Following on from the reply from Comfomatic please read the previous reviews and make your own judgement. I have a positive review from Kevin Allwright and act with integrity and decency. This business shows no empathy for the people it does business with, the people it employs and treat their staff appallingly.

As to their values or rather a lack of any, ask them what are the safeguarding policies they have put in place to protect the general public in which the engage with. What checks such as a DBS check are carried out on the people they are quite happy to send into people homes.

None of this is carried out and they send people out without any checks and with criminal convictions.

This is what sort of business this is.

When treated dreadfully whilst visiting a client rather than see if your ok they showed zero empathy as well.

I have engaged with BBC Watchdog to expose this company for what they are.

This chair is much better than any other i have purchased over the 20 years of my retirement. The look and comfort are great.

Bed delivered on time, two very helpful and professional chaps, explained all the working of the bed and the aftercare support, took away the old bed, cheerful and friendly, excellent service.

My experience with comformatic has been easy and very comfortable from my first contact with Steve the sales rep. to the 2 delivery guys. Everyone was polite and friendly very knowledgeable and helpful. My new chair is really comfortable and I will recommend this company without hesitation.

Great service. Extremely thorough staff. Very polite and no problems wot so ever. And that was before I tried the super duper chair.

Sales man Tony arrived on time very good presentation friendly good chat got on well ordered a bed witch was best for me they delivered just after 8 next day 2 men great service explained how it all work set it all up showed me everything I need to know left box’s and plastic bag for the mattress as I’m moving top blokes 100%

Knowledgeable in the product, fantastic people, friendly and down to earth. Great demonstration of the bed. the engineers were quick and careful, again friendly and knowledgeable about the bed. Over all the company seem to care about your needs.

Firstly from a visit from Steve from sales to the delivery and installing my new chair it was top top class
The sales pitch was very very thorough and there was no.pressure to buy
The delivery was on time and the 2 guys who delivered were just great ..they couldn't have been more helpful or professional they were not happy to leave until I was fully up to speed on using the chair
I could not praise this company enough ..superb sums it up

The two chaps very nice and answered any question we had. Could not fault the service and showed us how to operate bed. Absolutely stunning bed, so pleased, far exceeding any expectations. Alison very helpful to us and supported us with our needs.

Happy with the service very good setting up and very please with the bed.
