Unfortunately not a positive experience. Due to circumstances that mean that my pre-order is no longer needed, as the intended recipient can no longer receive it, I issued an enquiry requesting a cancellation and refund. The shop was closed for a period when I confirmed that I wish to proceed, but it has since been open and having sent an additional follow up on my part I am still awaiting a reply. Given the circumstances that have prompted my request, this has caused further worries that I wish to be resolved.

Edit: I still haven’t had any communications from the business and a new review shows that unfortunately I’m not the only one experiencing this. It makes me wonder just how many customers are being conned out of their moneys and getting away with it.

Just a great company in general they update you with things if anything goes wrong they give you a pre ordered disposit which most places don’t do and some time when you have an invoice to pay and I just love this company

Ordered a preorder, only partially arrived, afterwards they never answered any mails, its long over the given date, so they rob your money, will go to police.

I sent numerous messages to cancel this item, it was first sent as soon as I placed the order to save time, but no reply, I have sent others since, still no reply, did notice, by accident, on the website that they were unavailable until 26th, though they did manage to send it, I would like to return but I am still waiting for a response, it states you only have 14 days to return, time is running out. Also I feel that they make you have your order so they can charge you to return, which is totally unacceptable? I have sent another message today, hopefully I will get a reply …
