Poor Service and Unfair Extra Charge
I was disappointed with my experience.
The cleaners arrived on the agreed day but demanded an additional £50, claiming that the entrance stairs counted as another room and that I had not mentioned a guest bathroom (powder room), both of which were incorrect, as the powder room was discussed in advance and the stairs are simply part of the entrance, not a separate room.
The quality of cleaning also did not meet expectations; blinds were left dusty, several small surfaces were not properly cleaned, and cobwebs were left on lights in some areas. Overall, I found the service unprofessional and not aligned with what was agreed.
