Great help from start to finish - From the initial sale by Lisa and appointments setup by Laura, to the installation by Peter. The whole team have been a great help through the transition of switching over our phone system and we would highly recommend them!

We started using Communicate Better over a year ago. Since this time we've gone through multiple contract renewals and it's never been so easy! Our Business Advisor, Lisa Harris, is amazing! We generally have a short catchup before the renewals are due and then Lisa comes back to us with a complete plan based on our usage. We've saved money as a business on two sets of renewals, with more devices and data than the plans before! Would 100% recommend using Communicate Better!

I have no idea how this company survives, despite the name… “communication” is not a feature they are accustomed with unless its constant reminders to sign contracts. I strongly recommend finding an alternative supplier.

Excellent Company ,we decided to go digital after holding back from change for a number of years . We decided we wanted a local firm to take care of our phone systems for peace of mind. Our main aim was to set up an ip system to join our 3 stores together . We got an excellent quote from Wayne so decided to go ahead. We had the new system installed in 3 locations . We had a small problem with the broadband caused by BT Openreach, but communicate better came and fixed it straight away . James was our main installer , he did a fantastic job . He made sure we were happy at each site and it was all working, how we needed it to. He made sure we were all confident using the new phones and went the extra mile setting up our autodial on each PC . Laura is very organised in the office she did all the date planning and made sure we always knew what was happening . They made it really easy for us . I was worried because a big project like ours, could have been a very different story in the wrong hands. Our team here love the new phones and find them easy to use . Overall brilliant company . Recomended highly by the Savoy Timber Team

Problem after problem with little help from customer support who just repeat a script of 'we're told by the network, there is no problem'. I can back this up with evidence of 4 months of calls and emails trying to resolve one problem!
