Was given some very wrong information which would have invalidated my insurance if I had tried yo make a claim. This really should not happen!!!

Communication Difficulty
I received no confirmation of my purchase. I didn't know if I had a policy. It took a while to speak to the correct person who was very helpful. Nevertheless emails that were sent were not received. This was tested and confirmed that the fault was not with my computer. I am concerned about missing future communication
