Don’t trust them they will let you down as did with me.
I took a European cover broke down in south of France rang them up. They made 100 excuses not to help me and said I should pay for the repair and then try to claim it back in the meantime I have to cough up for everything. Stay away from them they don’t honour nothing.
I’m astonished at their review ratings 4.6 that’s an absolute fabrication

Call out the guy was not interested at all left my son and 2 babies alone said there was nothing he could do I paid for this policy as a gift and fully intent to take this further I could not believe they left them stranded miles from home had to spend all night in the car

Automatic renewal
Have been a member never needed to use so I can’t comment on their breakdown service. My policy is due for renewal as it’s automatic renewal I contacted them to say I didn’t need the cover so do not renew,21/05/2026 I had a reply acknowledging my request and that the policy would be cancelled and yesterday the money was taken from my account and the policy renewed, I can’t make contact by telephone I have followed their instructions for on line contact, they have acknowledged this but no one has contacted me and my money is still with them. So I’m impressed at all
