I made a booking, they took my money, and I have no confirmation or information regarding my booking. Therefore, I don't know who I'm meeting or where.
No contact email address, just an online contact form, which clearly isn't working. Absolute disgrace and I'm embarasssed that I fell for this.

This is totally incorrect as we do not take any payments on our site. We are a pure comparison site and booking is made on our provider sites where payment is collected and not owned by us. Please contact the provider car park via their booking confirmation email.
Very helpful company when claiming a refund due to inability to travel. Easy to book with & a competitive price. I will use them again.
