I mistakenly left my inquiries for a mortgage refinance three times. Now I am successfully working with one staff member, Stephen, but I still keep receiving phone calls from two other agents. I told them not to call me, however, I keep receiving calls. I believe it's an IT problem to cancel inquiries of other agents when a customer is already engaged
