Had a great stay in Bantham with Compass Quay. Really reassuring that the house was clean and safe to stay in during covid by the signage and procedures Compass Quay follow. Hope to return again when we can travel.

My family and I I used Compass Quays to reserve our holiday home in Bantham. We arrived early and Bonnie really went out of her way to let us into the property as soon as she could. She gave us some great information about the local area and went above and beyond the call of duty whenever we asked for her help. We have already rebooked the same place with her for next year and we are already excited about returning.

This was one of our best holidays for me and the kids! Beautiful area, accomadation was amazing and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It's one of those holidays you never want to end, so will definitely book with Compassquay again. Great place great people!

We were very impressed with Compass Quay and felt we should let others know about this new family run small holiday let agency that made such a big difference in making our first visit to the South Hams area a truly wonderful and memorable one.
We found Bonnie and her team easy to contact and extremely friendly, professional and helpful at all times.
We hope to visit and stay in the South Hams area again very soon and we will definitely be placing our confidence and trust again in Bonnie and Compass Quay to provide us with another perfect holiday and more treasured memories.

If you are planning to book a holiday, or rent out you holiday home, in the South Hams I would advise that these guys are your last resort. I booked, had my conditions changed, agreed, changed again then asked one too many questions on another property, which I was left in no uncertain terms was not my place to ask questions. Despite Bonnie, the "front of house" seeming to have a flaire for customer service, other members of the team, constantly overrode her, and are more interested in an easy life and a quick buck, rather than the long game. Which in an industry where you are essentially providing a service to both home owner and renter doesn't bode well. I am not a complainer, in fact generally the opposite, which is why I tried to work with them after the first mistake, but no customer should be spoken to as I was. In short, there are lots of agents down there doing the same job - use someone else.
