I ordered my Mercedes from Complete Leasing in October 2020 and the experience was efficient and transparent.

Throughout the process Sales Executive Ben Escritt provided me with updates on a regular basis, managing my expectations as there had been difficulty and delays in shipping the car due to COVID. I had been told originally that I may have to wait until April 2021 for my car, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived mid-March. Ben is a gentleman and true professional - highly recommend you get in touch should you want a lease vehicle!

The handover process again was very straight forward and the staff who dropped off the car were very polite and professional.

I don't normally take the time to review things, mostly being a lurker on other reviews sites, but the top quality service I received deserves some appreciation.

For anyone considering Leasing a vehicle, use Complete Leasing and give Ben Escritt a call - you won't regret it!

Had been looking to lease a car for many weeks, stumbled across Complete Leasing Limited by accident, as i was looking for a lease company that my husband currently uses, however on looking at Complete Leasing Limited, their pricing was very competitive. After emailing the company on a Saturday afternoon, within the hour Ben Escritt from Complete Leasing telephoned us, ran through everything, by 5pm on the Saturday evening the car i very much wanted BMW X3 was ordered. This is the first time I've leased and the process was a little daunting at first! However, Ben at Complete Leasing was so helpful and knowledgeable that I felt in really good hands.
