We're pleased you're happy with the tray itself. We appreciate your comments regarding the thickness of the cushion and the fact that it needs to be attached to the tray by the customer.
The bean bag is supplied separately so the tray can be cleaned easily without getting the cushion wet, and it also allows the tray to be used on a flat surface without the bean bag attached. We appreciate that some customers would prefer it to arrive already attached.

This seat is not suitable for a disabled person. It is very difficult to assemble and does not fit inside the shower door, so it has to be assembled and disassembled inside every time. Please tell me how to return it. Surely something like a picnic chair fold up would have been simple.

Items great and work well. However reacher too short. Maybe an indication of a person's height matches which length would be helpful. As it came in a very large heavy box it will be expensive to return so I would only give 4 stars
