Sheered bolts on R and G engine covers on my 2023 Yamaha MT09 also there was damage to the bike..No wonder they went into administration...They dint know how to run a business or look after customers...

Right my first experience of complete motorcycles did start off well, bearing in mind that i am spending alot more money on a motorbike than most people do on a car! I wanted test ride a MV Agusta only to find you have to book... ok fair enough.. they ain't cheap bikes ...booked a test ride , I travelled to Cheltenham only to find out that bike had flat battery and they had one who could fit a new battery, so had to re book! So on I turn up on day to be told that yest bike had been sold !!! Again no phone call to warn me ?
In mean time I had brought a ducati monster and then a ducati Streetfighter, from ducati worcester... no problems at all ,great service etc ,but I when to buy another Streetfighter of they ,I found out that complete had bought them out that my problems started.. they changed part ex price, then delivery date kept changing and when I finally nailed them down to a day ,it was still blinkin later !
Now trying to get a trye fitted turned into a nightmare!
I could understand if was a cheap bike ,but 25k !!
Avoid complete motorcycles all cost !

I brought my first bike from completelymotorbikes.co.uk but due to medical issues I wasn't able to take bike plus there was damage on the bike. I followed there process as listed however the emails I got back from certain people was rude and very offensive towards a person who has major learning difficulties.

I was made to feel like a waste of space and suffering from anxiety I was in other words told to go away and leave them alone.

After fighting to get my money back and through the mis infomation given to me they broke they're own T&Cs and now refuse to talk to me.

They don't give you all the information from start to finish and make you feel like your just a number to them.

Don't breech your own T&Cs if your gonna force them onto others.

I have bought several bikes off these guys..I'll be honest here absolutely 100% money orientated in my opinion absolutely zero aftersales/care.
The last bike I've just had came with nearly 300 unaccounted miles on and no service as promised.previous too that i bought a ninja 650 performance
That i couldnt get insured for as it wasn't registered properly, i couldnt do anything for 3 weeks which was extremely frustrating with no help from completelymotorbikes, previous too that i had a r1 with botched wiring and battery draining i couldntuse that either...I will not go there again I've had enough....you've been warned.

Absolutely top class service from the initial contact to bike delivery. The whole process was an absolute pleasure and nothing was too much trouble. So a big thank you to Hamish at Ducati Worcester and Ben the delivery guy who was lovely

Be very careful when part when part exchanging your bike if you have any outstanding finance , they took a month to pay mine off and had actually sold my bike in the meantime ( hpicheck ?) . Was a very stressful time and only after countless phone calls did I finally get them to pay it off .

First time I've been to one of their dealerships.

My partner and I visited the Hinckley branch, on arrival we were greeted, offered tea or coffee and it was explained to us where all of the different bikes were.

We initially went just to have a look and we were impressed that all of the bikes in there were spotless.

Luke dealt with us and he was both knowledgeable and helpful. We came away trading my bike (Z900) at a great part exchange price. We ended up buying a 73 plate versus (ex Demo) 44 miles on the clock.
Got some extras thrown in, and a free first service.
So pleased with the deal.
Luke delivered the bike 10 days later,
Nice handover and took my z900 with him.Took bike in for its first 600 mile service last Wed. What a lovely bloke the service manager is at Hinckley.
We had a good chat whilst my bike was in he was very helpful and knew his stuff.
I will 100% buy from these again.

Went to completely motorbikes at hinckley just to have a nose around no pressure from the team there greeted with a friendly hello and free tea and coffee saw a bike I was interested in and nothing was too much trouble all my questions were answered in a professional and truthful manner unfortunately the bike had a aftermarket exhaust which was way too loud for my tastes so had another wander around found another bike but again aftermarket exhaust system but James explained he had a standard exhaust for this particular bike and he would get it changed for me so at no extra cost so deal was done everything was done in a friendly and professional manner I was made to feel like a valued customer and um now the proud owner of a kawasaki ninja 650 and I'm very happy with it all in all James and the team were amazing and excellent customer service will I go back when I want to change my bike ABSOLUTELY massive thanks to all the staff at hinckley and if you are after a amazing selection of motorbikes friendly knowledgeable staff this is definitely the place nothing else to say but thank you for your help ain't getting me on my new motorbike

Traded my CBR500R for an R6 at the BSB Cadwell event, the process was incredibly smooth - I was sorted in 10/15 mins with a valuation of the CBR which was £1000 more than the next best offer I’d had.
The R6 is in an impeccable condition and it has clearly been transported carefully and set up well before delivery.
Delivery was also really smooth and the guy who delivered the bike was such a great guy, very kind and chatty which made the process a better experience.

Overall, I recommend completely Motorcycles to anyone looking for a great quality new or used bike!

I dealt with Allan Gilliland at their North Wales branch where I got a good p/ex deal for my Ducati against a BMW they had in stock. Paid a deposit, easy transaction, all done over the phone, and then changeover arranged for Ullapool, Scottish Highlands. Seamless dealing with this company and the bike was exactly as advertised. Difficult location, and timing, for their distribution people to arrange changeover but all went like clockwork. I am a very happy customer

Just had a Suzuki GSX -s 1000 GT plus delivered by Ben. Total professionalism from start to finish, starting with Sam Lucus in sales who had excellent communications with myself, nothing was too much trouble. Ben who delivered it was very professional and chatty lovely guy. Nothing was toomuch trouble from him either. Will not hesitate to use Completey Motorcycle's in the future.

What an absolute nightmare,did the deal for the bike over 2 weeks ago,had hardly any contact off the salesman.ive had to chase him(Alex) for everything,he hasn't kept me updated at all.

Turns out they were advertising a bike which wasn't hpi clear as there was outstanding finance still on there.

Promised the bike was being delivered today so took the day off work,then surprise surprise had an email to say in fact it's not coming as the outstanding finance is still showing on the bike.

Why it wasn't cleared before being advertised is beyond me..

Dealt with Hamish at the Worcester branch, bought a new 24’ plate Hypermotard SP, ordered 3rd week of April.

Told Hamish I wasn’t interested in having anything else sold to me, and no attempt was made so sell any.

Had the bike delivered to Bristol, unfortunately I had to wait a week for it to be transported down, but it got to me in one piece. From order to arrival, was around 6ish weeks.

All questions were responded to within a few days regarding tail tidy fitment and other accessories being fitted and whether any of them would void the warranty.

There is small paint defect (a chip on the red frame where it meets the subframe), which has been notified to Hamish and will be repaired during the 621 mile service under warranty.

Will ride up to branch going forward for annual services and eventually MOT’s.

A true pleasure to buy from. And excellent and very helpful staff. Best place I’ve ever bought a motorcycle from.

Hi, very professional company not pushy at all I traded my fantic in for a Kawasaki 800 cafe my new bike was spotless clean over the moon with it james the owner really nice guy and the driver who delivered the bike was very professional really nice guy couldn’t do enough to help. Will definitely be using this company again. Can’t speak hardly enough about them.

I was just browsing, just looking (as you do) on the internet last Thursday, at bikes. By chance, and good fortune as it turned out, came across Completelymotorbikes, Hinkley. On their website I saw a motor cycle I liked the look of that had, literally, just come in. I fired off an email and later spoke with a Jan, a sales executive. I arranged to pop down from North Wales the following morning, despite Jan saying the bike was rather mucky and needed valeting. I was made to feel most welcome, from the moment I walked through the doors until the moment I left, and astonished by the large number of vehicles they had in stock, all housed in a clean, spacious building.The bike, dear readers, as Jan had told me was mucky, very mucky, in fact I would have been ashamed to have sold it in such a state, but after the valet and clean up later that day, WOW, what a transformation, thanks to Andy in the valeting team. A very big thank you to Sam for looking after me, showing me around, and spending his time with me. He is an absolute credit to the company. Needless to say, I wasn't really looking to buy a bike, that quick, but thanks to Jan and Sam, I did, and it is being delivered free of charge, next Monday. If you have never paid these guys a visit, please do. There is no pressure, no hard sell. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It's a relaxed friendly experience spending money here, and it will be my first port of call, in a few years time when I change my bike again. Thanks again

10/06/2024 - Bike arrived bang on time, had a phone call first thing so no having to wait around wondering. Sorry forgot drivers name, but thanks for straight forward collection and delivery.

Dealt with Jamie who was decent and not pushy. Did to the bike everything he promised and l was really pleased with the service given. Miles dropped it off and went through all the paperwork no drama, all in all a great experience, would recommend to others.

Ross the sales assistant has so great helping me to change my bike over for a new one.he has kept me up to date re delivery of my new toy helped from beginning to end and I'm now awaiting delivery. Fast friendly service will recommend this company 10/10 for service. Once again thanks Ross
