Misrepresentation, Privacy Breach, and Tax Filing Negligence

I hired her because she presented herself as a CPA — but later discovered she isn’t. (IRS Investigation No. 10-09-01N)

She promised to e-file my taxes and charged me $275 for it. When I checked directly with the IRS, I found she never submitted anything.

She emailed my personal tax information using an unencrypted email, putting my privacy and identity at serious risk.

I emailed multiple times asking for a copy of my filing documents. No response — until I sent a certified letter on May 27th, 2025. She then promised to send everything immediately, but as of July 22nd, I still haven’t received anything.

I deeply regret working with her.
