they keep sending emails about sunbiz annual reports to all my companies and ask for money, have the text so that one has to pay them in order to submit annual sunbiz reports, but indeed its free. Based on their TOS they are located in miami, they are not registered LLC despite their description.

This company is a scam. They send out letters in the mail to registered companies threatening them with fines and imprisonment if they don't register with them. This rating needs to be updated immediately. This company is dangerous and a fraud. Ripping off actual registered companies with threats is not a valid business.

Super easy process. I had some issues with my product so I reached out to their customer service and they were both extremely responsive and very helpful. Were able to help me get my issue solved quickly and easily.

I've used other online filing systems in the past and had horrible experiences with customer service. Was expecting the worst but luckily this was a super smooth experience!!

I used ComplianceClerk to file my Annual Report for Florida this year. I had an issue with my report because my previous accountant had not filed it, the support staff at ComplianceClerk were very well versed in my issue and laid out the options I had - they took care of everything for me and I will be using them again.

Returned the product because I was concerned it was a scam due to a glitchy/buggy website that they are already working on to fix. However, Adam's excellent customer service ensured me that all was ok and was able to initiate a full refund. He was quick with his responses and went above and beyond to make sure I felt my information was safe. Being a new business, I did not need these services right now and Adam was very aware of that. He did not try to upsell or anything, simply helped with my refund. Once my business grows, I will be sure to think of Complianceclerk in the future! Thank you for everything, Adam!
