DO NOT BUY FROM COMPOSEIN!

Ordered a few items from composein last October to be sure delivery for Xmas. ( presents for my kids) not 1 arrived. Support is shocking. They just keep saying it will arrive and be patient etc. after about 10 emails asking for a refund they say they can’t do that and need a payment for a new item to be re-sent, AND asking for an extra payment to cover the loss of the first lost item. An absolute joke of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM COMPOSEIN UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING MONEY. Avoid at all costs. Hope this helps anyone interested.

Review.

I placed an order for the Barsys 2.0 Coaster on November 14, 2025. The company provided a tracking number that does not exist in official systems (17track.net, Norwegian Customs). Instead, they referred me to tracking-hub.com, which is known to be linked to fraudulent cases.

After more than 18 days without progress, and with no valid tracking information, I have concluded that this company operates in a highly unprofessional and misleading manner. I have filed a complaint with PayPal to recover my funds and will also report the case to the authorities.

This is by far the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I strongly advise others to avoid them
