tempi d'attesa lunghissimi
ho ordinato 2 prodotti che risultavano disponibili sul sito, ovvero evadibili secondo quanto affermano in 1/2 giorni (non sotto le feste, ma a fine gennaio).
Ebbene dopo 1 settimana lo stato del mio ordine risultava ancora senza stato come dopo la compilazione dell'ordine.
Quindi, dopo aver appurato su internet che questa è la loro politica, annullo l'ordine.
La cosa buona è che non è richiesto il pagamento anticipato.
Non ho mai telefonato o scritto per sapere che fine avesse fatto il mio ordine perchè se sono così assenti quando si tratta di acquisire nuovi clienti, non immagino pensare come forniscano (o non forniscano) assistenza in generale.
