Ordered a Ipad, didnt recieve, contacting company seems impossible. Dont order here!

Biggest scam company. We bought an iPhone which turned out to be simlocked. After months of trying to contact the company I finally got someone on the phone. For everything they had a complaint. Oh your emails went to spam. So we sent the phone back to them and they kindly contacted me back and in a very Arrogant tone. He simply advised - sorry this is not our phone so there is nothing I can do for you. The only credit I can give this guy is that he knows exactly what to get away with to stay within the “limited terms” of the law. My advice is STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE! My only regret is that we did not consult Trustpilot before we financed this guys fraudulent business.

Ridiculous scam. I ordered a screen but received a different and very used model. Along with the screen i also ordered a cable. I received a cable but not what i ordered. They are impossible to communicate with. Strange to encounter such a skammy company the Netherlands. Haha.

Update: The company contacted me after I wrote the first review. They canceled the order and ensured me that they have already refunded the money and I should just wait for a few working days. Days passed but no money was refunded. Instead, later my order status was changed from 'cancelled' to 'sent'. After a few days I was sent an iphone. It was 64GB instead 32GB (which I dont complain about) but it was clearly not a new phone. What I have ordered was a new iphone SE 32GB, nowhere did it state that the phone I am buying is used or its grade. Communication and conduct of this company is simply unacceptable. They are liars!
