VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for…
VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for differents Reasons :

FRIST PROBLEM :
i have booked this hôtel:

I have booked this room at 405.00€ (3018.96DKK).

When i come on the hotel yesterday night, their charge me more than 4100DKK (613.99€) for the same room ! (no breakfast added) just beacause the price had raise !

SECOND PROBLEM :
The parking basement of the hotel make me fine of 795DKK (near 110€) beacause nobody on reception told me need to paid the parking yesterday night when we comming on the hotel!

When i claimed on the reception for this fine, everybody are so sorry for that etc....... but they kindly told me : "it was written on the parking lot walls"

So, nobody solved this problem, is it normal to paid 795DKK (near 110€) for the basement of hotel for one night !

I will report all this problems, beacause is not normal to take clients and tourists for stupid man !!!

SERVICE COMWELL PORTSIDE COPENHAGEN

I particularly want to focus on the service. I had multiple questions related to occupancy by a family member who is disabled. Ole from the customer service department went out of his way to answer my questions, in a patient, friendly and professional manner. For this and other reasons I would definitely recommend the Comwell Portside in Copenhagen.
