Great product and quick delivery

CatWatch works great (we have a good laugh when watching it in action, especially at night) and it's so worth the extra money to get a targeted deterrent. We've only had it a few days now and only one of the many feral cats doesn't respond to it, which is explained in the pamphlet included. The foxes and Hedgehogs sometimes react slightly when it goes off but just pass by it and continue into our garden for their nightly visits. Thank You

Poor design of foxwatch AC cable

I bought the foxwatch pest deterrent and also the mains adapter. So far, foxes are not coming into the garden as much. However, the mains adapter is a big disappointment. After using it for only a short time, I discovered the cable had become damaged. Granted, it is only a thin cable, but I have been very careful with it; using cable ties to fold up excess length of cable. When I phoned Concept Research and told them about it, they said they would only replace the cable if there were no ' nicks' in it. I believe Concept know that there AC adapter is not designed for outdoor use. There is no protection of the very thin cable incorporated into the adapter. And it is not cheap at £ 15.0!
Concept Research really should provide a more robust AC cable, especially since they recommend the cable purchase for use with their products.
