Don't buy anything there! I bought FP insoles and shoes i've never received them. It's total scam. They didn't even give the money back. Just said they have nothing to do with it and the delivery got stuck in the mail in Spain.
Never trust!

i bougth some shoes and a massage gun. After sending back the shoes i have to fight to get back my money!
the massage gun broke after half a year. i still had warranty but the was not able to send me a new gun with a tracking number. the only said to me, we have sent it to you. i never received a new gun and i never received some tracking infos.
dont support this shop and buy somewhere else!!!!

Horrible customer service!
Only sent me 1 of the 2 products I ordered, and did not refund any money for the ones I didn’t receive, also the insoles I did receive have a manufacturing flaw. I have tried to contact them various ways for months now through the contact form on their website and on instagram and they are not replying anywere. AVOID! If not shopping in store directly

Terrible customer service. Prior to purchase they would reply quickly, after they won't reply at all. Scam.

Decent enough products but the customer service is awful. They emailed me saying the product isn't in stock and offered an alternative solution, I said ok. Then that product wasn't in stock. So they sent me something I didn't order but looks the same trying to pass it off as what I originally ordered. Then after finally getting the issue sorted out with customer service, it took 3 weeks for my product to be shipped back to the return warehouse in Europe. Which after it sitting there for an additional week they went to check only after I asked what is happening with it.

Going forward I would only buy the products in store or from literally anyone else who stocks the product.

I really like the FP Insoles such a great product as soon as the FP shoes were in stock in Europe I was excited to try the shoes too. I was used to buy the insoles from the UK website so I expected the same professionalism level which of course it was far from true.

The shipping is not cheap but they promise 4 days delivery. after a week the product was not even shipped. I tried to reply the email from which I received the order confirmation but because they have configured their email wrongly I have received a message from the email server that it could not be delivered because the email address did not exist. at this point nothing shipped and I could not complain, tried the contact form from the website got no answer. contacted the their instagram page concretevisionaryeu got ignored.

Contacted the fpfootwear instagram and finally got and email just saying that the product has not been shipped yet completely ignoring my mentions about their email problems and not even mentioning or apologising for the the delay. After the terrible experience and not sure if they would ever ship it I request to refund the order once it was delayed and they not even mentioned when it would be shipped.

For my surprise they only refund me partially. as soon as I received the confirmation from the payment system that it was only a partial refund I replied their email explaining the order was only refunded partially and again got ignored. Finally the instagram of concretevisionaryeu replied from my first message saying it was refunded which again I explained it was only partial they lied saying I would receive the rest later which never happened. I contacted on instagram fpfootwear and they said they checked and I would receive the rest later. I show the proof that I only received confirmation for the partial refund from the payment provider at this point they just stoped replying. after 2 weeks I contacted them again they said would check it on the same day, a few days past they never replied.

To summarise the experience. Do not delivery, do not refund and they never even apologised for their mistakes. The website and email is very amateur not worth trusting with payment details. its been a month so far and no solution.
