Just had this compay in to tackle a nasty damp problem in the house that my daughter is a tenant in. The two gentlemen that turned up were both polite and respectful of the house. They carried out the work professionally and explained what they were doing. Afterwards they tided up the mess and showed/explained what they had done. I would most definitely recommend the company. PIV unit fitted - no issue with that and the work done, the issue I have is payment was accidentally taken twice - despite numerous attempts to contact the company for the last 4 months to get a refund, nothing has been done by them - no one getting back to me. So a job that was supposed to be £720, cost me £1440

Just had a PIV unit and extractor fan installed - early days yet to comment on the difference made, however I would like to praise 'Dylan' the young man that installed them. Moved to a new property and wanted a PIV system put in. Contacted 'Condensation Cured' and didn't regret it. Excellent communication from the outset with really professional and helpful advice about different options. The system was fitted just after Christmas by Roman. It was installed to an extremely high standard with consideration for our home. Roman was a polite, courteous and friendly guy who carried out the work diligently. He also fitted a new extractor fan in a bathroom for us and again, the work done was wonderful. Can't fault this company at all and neither will you... so if you're on the fence, just contact them and you'll be happy. I guarantee it.

Fitted an electric fan vent for us today in our kitchen. The guy fitting it was really polite and explained everything, as well as being quick and leaving no mess.

Fast, friendly, helpful service. Great advice from day one, engineer came out quickly and did a good job fitting the fan.
Unfortunately, due to the layout of our bathroom, the first fan installed didn't clear the condensation as well as we'd hoped.
The engineer returned quickly and fitted a larger and more powerful fan, and this does an excellent job.

Pleased with the response time after initial contact. Very speedy fitting date & time. Engineer arrive promptly, nice polite young man who explain all he would be doing. Only had the unit fitted today so will have to wait till morning for any results. Would reccomend the company.

Avoid!!! They couldn't be more helpful fitting the device and taking your money. Aftersales is absolutely shocking. After 9 months of calls and emails asking them come out to fix and service the machine they are completely ignoring me. I've had nothing but rude emails asking to me to be patient, patient!? 9 months of requesting someone to come out is more than patient. The excuse list went from staffing problems, staff holidays and their companies personal issues. They even told me to use a different company if i couldn't wait any longer. I've since gone to a more reputable company who have sorted the issue within days.

I used the mould remediation service provided by the company together with positive pressure unit installation.
I would say that the mould remediation team under Karen were brilliant, hard working and did a thorough job of eradication. I would thoroughly recommend this team as amazingly hardworking, friendly and totally dedicated.
The engineer who fitted the machine was good though I found that he was in a hurry to get back from London. The survey before installation was a very quick job-I would have preferred to have been shown machine inside the loft. However, a photo was sent to me after installation with serial number etc.
I would say that the director was very responsive to my queries and I experienced good customer service. I feel confident that should a problem arise with the machine or remediation, the director will sort it out for me. I also appreciate help from a staff member who explained workings of PIV and what exactly was involved for mould remediation.

The system that was installed seems to work well. I was advised to have it serviced annually, but they no longer offer the servicing, so now I'm a bit stuck.
I've waited a year, messaging every few months, but still no offer of a service yet. I also ring every day, and there seems to be no sort of back up, just a person who knows nothing about the company to take messages and pass it on via email. It's totally impossible to get anyone to speak to me.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Danielle called me after making an enquiry and explained everything to me. Once agreed, I had confirmation the same day that the engineer was available to install the following Monday, so only 4 days after initial enquiry. The Engineer, Phil arrived on time and installed quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption. Very happy!
