West Malling Connells

West Malling Connells, I'm a Landlord thats just used Connells West Malling to find a new tenant. It's been 15 days since the tenants paid but we've still NOT received our money from Connells!! Almost £500!

Avoid

For such a large business, they do not fulfil any role for either landlords or tenants. I cannot say a single good thing about Connells Group and would only advise that you avoid them.
Just as a short example of how unprofessional they are; they did not issue me with a Gas Safety Certificate at the start of my tenancy despite numerous requests. This is all too familiar with how they conduct themselves.
Very dissatisfied customer.
They lie and make false promises.
Always speaking to someone new about the same issues.
They rarely respond to any correspondence,
