I ordered an mp3 player here (in stock, to be delivered in one to two working days) and paid in advance. When I hadn't received it after a week, I sent an e-mail cancelling the order, noting that I trusted they would promptly repay the paid sum. The only reaction was an automated acknowledgment. After another month I followed this up with another e-mail (again to the address posted on the website) and again, the only reaction was an automated acknowledgment. After yet another month, I tried the other e-mail address (listed on this review site), but again the only reaction was an automated acknowledgment. Theft seems a good description. As far as I can tell, this company is a website only, and nobody actually works there (perhaps just a pr-worker).
Update per 6 Sept. 2018: Today I did receive repayment from Conrad. I added one star.

Some of the cameras had different amount of shots than some others, and for many of them the indicator that shows how many shots you've got left was broken, which was very annoying... However, I used them and I'm waiting to see how the photos will come out.
Example 1:
4 years ago I bought 2 identical ceiling fans from Conrad, 1 malfunctioned within 1 year and I had to send it back. It was not repairable and they sent a new one. It took over a month for the replacement to arrive. The new fan malfunctioned within 6 months. Again I sent it back and again it took over a month for them to send a replacement. This fan malfunctioned the first time it was installed. I'm still dreading sending it back because of how long it takes to get a replacement, the poor quality of 3 defect ceiling fans and mostly because Conrad customer service is rude, unhelpful, and terrible to deal with. The other fan from the original order is now malfunctioning. I'm stuck with 2 broken ceiling fan, a loss of over $600, and I still need to fans!
Example 2:
I ordered 2 blacklights from Conrad October 2017, 1 was broken on arrival and was sent back immediately. Over a month later and I still have no refund and no blacklight. The other blacklight died after 2 uses!!! $60 for 2 blacklights and both were useless. No refund, no replacement and no contact from customer service. I'm thinking these guys are a scam and a bunch of con artists sending broken and worthless merchandise and then screwing the customer when they try to return or exchange things. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Per the message below from Conrad, I sent them my contact information and NEVER heard anything from them. I sent back the 3rd fan of the exact same model and was now told that I will NOT receive store credit, (earlier I was told I would be issued a store credit) which would allow me to spend even MORE money with them on a better product but they said NO! I can only receive an exchange for the exact same product. The same product I have sent back 3 times because it was defective- the same product that hasn't worked. The same TERRIBLE return experience- 4 YEARS in a row and I still have no working fan, only problems and have spent over 700 euros with them!!!

Ordered a Philips Hue Motion Sensor. Got an email that the product was delayed until week 42. Checked this week (43), but it is out of stock. Also, it suddenly says it's a refurbished model, which was not stated on the website before. (There are also many other reviews of disgruntled people on that product page.)
Then I checked the order status and saw it was cancelled, without notice. Also: did not get any money back. We call that THEFT.

Terrible service! Placed order for a 27" monitor on sale for 167,00 incl. BTW. receipt arrived by email later in the day for a 24" monitor for 124,00 excl. BTW. The 27er is now at 209,00 "excl. BTW." The order is in processing and has not shipped yet but they cannot cancel anything and once refused, must wait 2 weeks for a refund.. Customer Service seemed they do not believe anything I tell them even after I explained I still have the webpage open in my browser because I was comparing it with another product! I took a screenshot but they seem to already make up their mind and not accept that their system has screwed up.. TERRIBLE

There was a problem during delivery as my address was new and the package got sent back to Conrad, naturally i had to order it once again and it got sent back to Conrad once again. The third time, however I changed the address and got the package immediately. Moreover, the customer service where very helpful and showed empathy towards my cause. To compensate for their mistake even though it was a honest mistake they also sent me multifunctional pen which is much appreciated. I will definitely be purchasing products from them in the future.
