I AM AN EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

When you don’t deliver what you offer, you’re website pages don’t all work, you don’t answer my specific enquiries but use a company like zen desk to answer me with generic irrelevant questions, you say I can cancel at any time but the cancellation button takes you to a page saying ‘500 error’ I have a strong feeling that this purchase and you Alex Howard, might very well be fraudulent. Just to be clear, I bought your annual membership today and cannot access the conferences you claim I can access. You don’t reply to my emails with any useful answers, just standard computer generated answers that do not apply to my questions. Most of the pages on your website say ‘500 error’ or don’t work at all. Under the billing amount it says i can cancel at anytime. When I click on your ‘cancellation policy’ it says ‘500 error’. I want out! How do I cancel so that you do not take any more of my money!!!!😡
