Purchased a game from them but never received it at all not even a refund. At one point the "customer service" team will start to ignore you and place you on a "waiting list" like if they were actually very busy and have many people waiting in line for customer service but it is fake it stay like that for hours so that your only option is to leave the site and not be able to talk to customer service again. Waited 3 weeks and nothing. I got my money back by filing a dispute with my bank...i also reported them to google and reddit, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

Got Zelda for Switch 2 for an amazing price, it is one of these account switching process purchases, but if you closely follow the instructions it is all pretty painless, I did have an issue but I contacted Customer Support on a Sunday morning and they sorted me out in no time - amazing service - I highly recommend..

RIP off. They try and circumvent the Nintendo online store through sharing virtual game cards. You don’t own the game. You only have access to it as a loan through their account. Then Nintendo closes that account and you lose access to the game. It’s not worth the $20 you save.

cheap and efficient, had some struggle launching the game 10 months after but they still helped me very quickly (live chat) to solve it.

There is no description when you are buying a game, like other sites(g2a or cdkeys), if it is a key or account. After I bought an item, i learned that they only sell microsoft windows/office cd keys, rest of them are accounts. I asked for a refund they refunded but almost 3 weeks pased I haven't got anything yet. I tried to contact them a few times but I think we are talking to bots instead of human beings. All the messages are ai generated. Normally I don't accuse people but this doeesn't have any other explanation. My transaction history shows that the payment didn't stay as pending more than 24 hours. They got the payment in a few hours even after they refunded it under the name of PHIT LTD. But when it comes to refund they are always hiding behind excuses like "it is up to our financial provider how refunds take place" or "Deadline ends soon you will get your refund hopefully" This site has to banned and prosecuted asap.

I’ve bought games from consogames multiple times now never any issues! We love how they have different console games to pick from, like Switch, PS5 , PC etc. follow the instructions and you will be set!

The first digital account website I discovered, and it was great back in the days. Now expect to never get your account after waiting 48hrs, you can ask for an exchange, same sh*t happens, then they agreed for a refund that you'll never get. They simply ghosting you on the assistance chat.

Shame.

The game at First had some problem but the crew Will instantly answer and give supporto very nice

A complete rip-off. They are selling accounts and not software keys. At no point in the purchasing process do they say they are selling PSN accounts rather than a download key. Their terms and conditions even refer to "Software Keys". Apparently your satisfaction is important to them, just not important enough to refund your money. It is simply just theft.

The reply is an absolute lie. Software Keys are advertised in their terms and conditions - "All our Software Keys come with a lifetime warranty so if you ever experience any issues with them we'll replace them free of charge."

they made me believe i'm buying a game not an account, and they don't give the money back. i didn't perform the activation process. it's basically a scam, and probably is not legal.

Basically they sell you an account with one or more games on it, they give you a guarantee for so many months, and for those so many months you can play it but...but.
At the end of the months the game doesn't work anymore. What happens? What happens is that they do the same trick, they resell the same account you connected to to someone else, and they connect it, and at this point you are cut off. If you then try to contact their customer service they tell you "sorry, you're out of warranty! Do you want a discount for the next game?".
Spoiler alert: the second game also has the exact same fate.

Sostanzialmente ti vendono un account con su uno o più giochi, ti danno una garanzia di tot mesi, e per quei tot mesi puoi giocarci ma...ma.
Alla fine dei mesi il gioco non ti va più. Cosa succede? Succede che fanno lo stesso giochetto, ri vendono lo stesso account a cui ti sei collegato a qualcun altro, e lo collegano, e a questo punto sei tagliato fuori. Se provi poi a contattare il loro servizio assistenza ti dicono "mi dispiace, sei fuori garanzia! Vuoi uno sconto per il prossimo gioco?".
Spoiler alert: anche il secondo gioco fa la stessa identica fine.

The publicity on the site hides the true nature of about what they sell. They use words as: game comes from Nintendo e-shop. You will play from your own account...etc So, it seems you are buying a game from Nintendo, but that's not true, you're buying another account. If you don't want to buy other accounts, don't buy from this site, because publicity is deceiving.

Didn't even bother attempting to install my "purchase" was given a bunch of things I'd have to do to give access to an account on my switch so I'd have access to a game. This place is just simply the most dodgy cr@p you've ever seen and never got the actual game I paid for thinking I was getting a Download code.

Actual scam avoid this company. I purchased Breath of the wild from this company, I just assumed the price was good because it's an old game but I was wrong. I expected to get a download code come into my inbox but I didn't, instead I had to bendover backwards doing weird requirements to get the game, I kept wondering why is this so complicated to just get a download code. And it's because you're not paying to get a code for the game or a key, you're paying to add an account that owns the game to your switch so you can play it through that account. Nowhere on the listing did it say that you weren't purchasing the key to the game but purchasing an account instead. This account is playable to anyone who purchases the game, what if someone got the account banned and I wasn't able to access the game I bought anymore? And it's just scummy to basically rent out an account like that, I get that companies need to make money but after the first 2-3 sales, you've literally made your money back and you're just taking money from people without any work.
