I purchased a digital copy of Astro Bot from them for the PS5, didn't get a receipt, just an email from them which didn't include the game or the amount I paid. The transaction appeared as "PHIT LTD" on my statement. After a week or so, I didn't receive a code or any kind of correspondence from them so I messaged them on their "live chat" service, and they said they had "run out of copies" and asked me if I wanted another game or a refund. I asked for a full refund. Another two weeks went by and no refund received, so I messaged them on their WhatsApp number provided on the website, and they said according to their finance team, the money had been refunded, but it wasn't. Eventually I gave up with them as they are clearly scammers. They operate from somewhere in Asia using an Italian phone number, and don't provide any proper confirmation of your purchase. Avoid like the plague.

I bought a Nintendo game.

Even though I gave them a one-star review, I must say that they kept their promise and provided the game.

However, they didn't provide the game's activation code. Instead, they provided an existing user code and let me add it to my account as a 'linked' user (in theory, I have that account under my Nintendo account).

This way, you get all the games from that new account/friend. It creates chaos from my perspective.

Do not be fooled by the “good reviews” — Consogames is a scam site. I bought two game codes at a discounted price, thinking I was getting a good deal. Instead, after paying, I was told I’d have to wait until they decided to send the codes.

They missed their own delivery deadline and then told me to wait longer. I eventually asked for a refund, which they agreed to — but after two weeks, nothing. When I followed up, they said I’d need to wait at least a month. A month passed, still nothing, and now they’ve stopped replying entirely.

I’m £40 out of pocket with no codes, no refund, and zero customer service.

Do not buy from this company. You’ll lose your money and get ignored once they have it.

I purchased what I thought was a code for a game, but instead got an account login to access the game. The account logged out of my console 20 days later, and my Switch got banned permanently due to some fraudulent activity? Now they're not communicating to resolve the problem.

100% a genuine Scam.
They sell accounts that are "linked to games" and not the actual game itself..

Complete Scam. Don't use. They advertise your buying a game. You are not. What you are buying is access to an account that has the games on them. This means having an additional (dodgy) account on your switch\PS5 which could be blocked or deleted at any point. you never own the games you are playing, this is almost a deceitful way of getting you to rent the games. Im amazed Nintendo havent had these guys shut down yet. I wiuldnt think it will be long, then all the "games" people have bought will stop working. Proper Scam . Do not use. Additionally if you call them on it they refuse refunds and just tell you to follow the instructions.

It was a bit hard to activate the account, but James was very helpful and walked me through the process. Nice store

worst company ever they use stolen accounts, crappy service, never on time always days before receiving anything.
scam is putting this site lightly avoid at all costs

risk of getting banned using their accounts on your console/pc

use CJS CD keys they are much much better.

I enjoy how the support seems to be 24/7 and they make sure you get access to the games you have purchased and more. the person I spoke to helped me and responded every question I asked and got rid of my skepticism that I had at first. I bought breath of the wild very cheap, what I found that surprised me is that you're not really buying the game for your account (but this is fine because if you wanted to you would just use the eShop) but you're buying to have access to adding an existing account to your console that has that game you bought (and others!) and the access to load them as virtual game cards to your account. meaning you can play the game and other games in your account like normal and even online. what has to be noted is that since the game wasn't bought by your account, you will have to make sure the link between the account and the system isn't lost or you'll lose access to the game. however, this is not that bad of a downside if you normally keep your switch at home and aren't planning to change your account's details (password, email, etc) in the future for some reason. overall, I now trust this website, but I am slightly dissapointed by the fact that the game isn't 100% mine, but, if that was a turn off, I would just have bought the game from the eShop at a much more expensive price.

Couldn’t supply game ordered so after two days promised a refund. My account is now marked as ‘refunded’ but no money ever materialised. I have been waiting for two months and used online chat many many times. The chat facility is woeful. They don’t answer simple questions and fob you off with the same tired old lame excuses. Or more usually now, just ignore you. By far the worst and most unreliable people I have ever had dealings with. Like so many on here have said - avoid at all costs. It just ain’t worth all the aggravation.

Missleading advertisement which eventually led me to understand that I purchased limited service and not a product.

Requiring you to create an account to some service that your console needs to link with while MUST being online to play (really shady in my opinion).

Once you realise after the purchase when they send your three stage verification and hefty activation instructions that this service is not for you and ask for refund, they start wrongfully citing legal directives that don't hold merit and refuse your refund request.

Had to open criminal case against them.

I purchased a Visio license, but the serial number was correct but the software was incorrect.
Support was very courteous and resolved the issue on the spot.

Just brought castle crashers through this website for the switch to save some money realised it’s not an actual copy of the game from eshop and some kind of account scam so decided to just buy the game regularly and cancel the order with them. Even though I made the purchase only about 10 minutes ago they wouldn’t refund and I am having to cancel the payment through my bank.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Took gemini from consogame, received it instantly and everything works so far. I hope it will keep working because I use it for work and I really need it
