Personal Best

The staff at Consolidated are excellent, although they weren’t able to help me. For my situation, there was another hoop I had to jump through and I wasn’t able to. At first I thought they should’ve known of this extra procedure before we started. However, my particular title situation is one that most professionals don’t fully realize, all that’s involved until it crosses their desk. What I’m acknowledging here is: their expediency in advising me that we were at a stopping point (the hoop I couldn’t jump through); safeguarding and returning my original documents along with a refund; and most importantly, honesty throughout the whole process. Also, they did all this during the beginning of the COVID-19 close downs for many businesses. In fact, Consolidated was one of the first companies I’m aware of to implement a remote working (working from home) procedures. That greatly impressed me. And, I didn’t notice any great delays of services although a different person finished what another one started. So, Consolidated wasn’t able to complete what I wanted, but it was a valuable learning process for me and “A” for effort with Consolidated. They gave their personal best and that’s what counts.
