The oil was ordered three weeks in…
The oil was ordered three weeks in advance with a specific day given for delivery to be made by. Unfortunately despite the long notice period, I had to contact Consols to establish why the oil was not delivered as indicated, I was told that the oil would be delivered the day following the date originally promised, it just seems difficult to understand that with such a long period in which to deliver why they missed the indicated date

Usually this is caused by events out of our control such as a tanker breakdown, however, if that was the case it should have been communicated to you.

Amazing service
I checked my oil this morning to discover that the tank was empty! Called Steve at Consol Oils and amazingly they had a small tanker, with 100l spare kerosene making a delivery nearby. So amazingly I had a delivery within 3 hours of calling. Driver Andy is a superhero- saved my Christmas!!
